Niagra Awnings

A guy named Scott came to my house over 3 weeks ago after I called for an estimate for an awning. He came late and took some measurements and pictures of my patio to be covered after I explained what I needed. He did not bring anything to show me nor did he leave any pamphlets etc. about their products. He made an appointment with me to come back in a couple of days for an estimate. He did not show up so I called him and he said we will come by in a couple of days. Just flat out stiffed me. He never came by this time too so I called again and spoke to him and again he told me he will come by. I never heard from him! I guess this company just does not want my business. Very unprofessional treatment. I have never had such an experience with a contractor. I will look for another awning contractor that is interested in actually selling and installing awnings.

This is a family business that's been in the area for many years. It took awhile for the install, that is why we choose to have permanent awning as opposed to something that would have to be installed and stored every season

The job was very well done. They came out, gave a price and were prompt and very reasonable.

I cant say enough about them. It was put up professionally, and it looks beautiful. I'm very happy with it. Their price and quality of service were excellent. They were responsive and punctual. I have no complaints at all.

I was satisfied with them. When they initially did the awning I had problems and it was leaking. It was not even leveled where the water was pouring. They came out and fixed the pouring problem but I still had the leak problem. They had to come back two, three, four, five times and then finally got everything straightened out. The mere fact was that they kept coming back and finally solved the problem. I was happy with that. Their responsiveness and punctuality was very good. There were some problems and they had to keep coming back to fix them which some people would not be able to handle too well.
