The representative who visited our home was very professional and down-to-earth. All of his workers are employees of Fiddler Roofers, not subcontractors and they are insured. I felt better about going that route. This wasn't the cheapest bid we received for the job, nor the most expensive, but I was happy we went with Fiddlers. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, in one day! The workers were all courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I feel confident in this job and recommending this company to others.

It went great , they where prompt , fast.

They were competitive with other roofers. I probably could have done better pricewise but then I might not have been as happy with the final job and my over all experience. They were attentive to details and when there were issues, as there always are, found ways to resolve them with as little inconvenience as possible. Its obvious these guys have a lot going on, but were still able to provide me with a quality job with good service at a fair price. In all the work took about 2 days. The clean up was first class. Also good there were no complaints from the neighbors. The garage sits right on the property line of two different houses and they were able to completely gut the old roof re-plywood it and tile without any collateral damage. Great work Fiddler.

They were hard to reach in June a few weeks ago. Eventually I sent a message via Angies List and mentioned the coupon. Mr Petrozzi came up to do the inspection himself immediately on June 25th. He had a very professional thorough attitude. Explained in detail what had to be done, what options were there. We talked about my contacting him as soon as I had financing available to start work (sometime in July). However I have been trying to call them, left voice messages and then this morning I sent a message via Angie's List. I needed them to start work this month and finish it before August 4th. They have not responded at all, I will be forced to find another roofer and start the whole process all over again. This is really disappointing since I was ok with their estimate and ready to move forward with them.

Outstanding in all aspects. I had set up appointments for estimates with a few roofing companies and Fiddler was the first one scheduled to come. I was so impressed with the presentation from Tim that I signed the contract that day and cancelled the rest of the appointments. The roofing job was started and finished during the dates we agreed upon. The entire roof was completed in one day with a crew of 8 or so workers. The workers were very professsional and did a great job from start to finish. When they were completed, other that having a new roof, you would not have known they were here. They left the yard spotless and did no damage to any trees or plants around the house. My neighbors have commented on what great looking new roof I have.

Very knowledgeable and courteous estimator. The work was done as agreed. They had to come back the next morning to finish. We were very pleased with the job.

Called on Wednesday, 2/27/13...never rec'd a call back

Contacted the company and received an on-the-premises roof estimate by a knowledgeable estimator and decided to go with their product. The workers were prompt starting their job and afterwards cleaned up any materials. Prompt payment was made which included the company discount that was listed on the Angies Listing.

I was spoiled. Fiddler came over and took their time looking at my house and roof including the garage which is separate. John Perozzi spent hours explained all my shingle options and venting options and gave me a complete and detailed estimate. I had other roofing companies that didnt spent 5 minutes and came in much higher for alot less. When they completed the job in 1.5 days they cleaned up very well and did everything they promised. I had a section of gutter I did change my mind about and I did call them and ask for them to replace and they did it immediately and never charged me any additional money. I am very pleased with their work and also they give you like a 12 year guarantee for their work as well...and the other companies had nothing like that on their contracts.

We contacted Fiddler Roofing for an estimate and they arrived on time when expected, and explained all the aspects of the materials and products they would use. They gave us an estimate that was right in line with the 2 other companies we contacted. We decided to use Fiddler Roofing first, because of their professionalism, and second, because they were highly recommended by a co-worker. We were not disappointed. Before the estimated start date, we received a call from the company owner explaining that they did get a bit behind schedule, but would be able to start the job the next week. He called the next Sunday and advised us that his crew would arrive @ 8am the next morning. They were right on time, and the crew leader explained to me exactly what they would be doing and asked if we had any questions...Rain halted the work the first day, but the crew covered the exposed bare roof, and we didn't experience any leaks. The next morning, 2 crews arrived and had the job completely finished in no time. There was very little evidence that they had even been there, with the exception of a beautiful new roof! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked.

Call them for a estimate, we agreed on 12:00 pm at 12:15pm he called and said that he was running late and was on his way. 15 minutes later he arrived and performed the estimate, We went with another company even know they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper, should have called prior to being late not a good start.

Job went great. Started on time, finished on time. No problems at all.

Had several estimates, but went with this company as I met with the owner after getting estimate. Companies price was better than all others, as some gave estimate with possibility it could cost more, but unsure how much more. Owner stated they were about 3 weeks out from staring job and we would be called when they were coming out. In the meantime, I had to remove tree branches/ bushes and vines that had overgron parts of roofing. Company called as they had promised and removed more of branches than I had. Roofing is up and looks great.

The crew arrived at 7:20 a.m., and began work at 7:30 a.m. The crew was completely professional. They were gentlemen - no loud music, no profanity. These were young men any mother would be proud to call son. They cleaned as they worked. By the time their day ended eight hours later and our new roof was complete, you would never know we had had a roof installed. Our yard was left in pristine condition. We recommend them without reservation.

No work performed, never received a quote.

The work was excellent. I would hire the company again for any additional work and would recommend them to anyone. The only problem with them is that they tend not to answer phone messages. Before they started the work, I called several times and left messages with the main office that were never answered. However, after I was able to reach the estimator in person, and he gave me a start date, the workers came as scheduled every day. In spite of the fact that they are hard to reach, they are worth the effort to reach them.

Overall a great company to work with. Roofing estimator was pleasant, helpful, and explained things well. We needed to get the roof done prior to another contractor coming in to do a different job, and they were able to work on the dates we needed. The crew leader was the owner's son, and he was super polite and easy to work with. The job was finished on time and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I noticed a few days after they left that a piece of gutter guard was not replaced, but they came out promptly and took care of it after I called them.

Work was superb and professionally done. Their estimate was complete, in writing, and delivered at the time they came out to the house. No highy pressure selling at all, just explanations of options and catgories of products. They gladly came out to eh house again to answer a sewcond round of questions related mostly to warranties and product installatino techniques. When the time came for the work to be done, their crews showed up on schedule and completed a very big job (including a complete re-sheeting of the house) in two days. The crew of 8 was professional, friendly, and extremely hardworking. Final cleanup on both days was superb - the house and yard are now cleaner than they were when they arrived. They were not the cheapest estimate I had, but in the end I liked their product and their commitment to doing the job right. I am pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Everything went well. They gave me a detailed proposal, in writing. They also explained the process and products they would be using. They were not totally up-to-date on the details of the Recovery Act tax credits, the sales person was slow in answering those questions. However, the office staff was great, researching the answers and getting back to me promptly. They showed up as scheduled to do the work. Rain delayed the completion by a few days and they weren't too good about letting me know what was going on with finishing, however, again, a call to the office was all it took to get the information. The site was cleaned up every day they worked and at the end of the job. I paid them the estimated price when they completed the work -- they did not ask for a deposit before beginning. About 6 weeks later I got the final reciept with the information I needed to get the tax credit. The reciept also came with a refund check for about $300! It turns out they didn't use all the plywood that was quoted on the proposal. I would have never known how much plywood they used, so I was pleasently surprised at the refund! The only note I'd give you if you use Fiddler for a new roof is that if the people in the field -- sales person, installers, etc -- aren't getting back to you quickly call their office. The office staff was the best place to get my questions answered.

There was a misunderstanding regarding hiring the work to be done but the company and owner were very responsive and I was satisfied with the work. They arrived on time and completed the work as they had estimated. They cleaned the area, were very courteous and professional .I got more than my money's worth. I would definitely hire this company again.

Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the service we've received from this company is second to none! The estimator for my job actually went on my roof to investigate prior to sitting down and going over things with me. He then spent a lot of time answering my questions--I learned a lot and never felt rushed. The price was very competitive and although there was another company that I would have happily hired, I couldn't shake the feeling that a company that was willing to spend so much time and care preparing an estimate would probably do an excellent job. They exceeded my expectations! They even helped me get up on my two story roof after the job was completed and it looked just as great from above as from below. They cleaned up everything and were extremely polite. The rain interrupted their work one day, but they tarped it well before leaving. After the roof was done, a plumber that was repairing a bathroom vent pipe inadvertently disturbed the seal around the pipe. I called Fiddler and they came right out and addressed the problem. In addition, they came out a second time to check the ventilation in the attic. I knew that I needed to disconnect an old attic fan because it was counterproductive with the new ridge vent (by the way, they do their ridge vents all the way to the edge of the roof and it is aesthetically more pleasing than the ones that end a foot short), but didn't know how to do it. Also, I was worried about some of the baffles that looked as if they had fallen down. After waiting in vain for a week for a return call from the company that installed the insulation and turned on the fan, I called Fiddler in frustration. They made my day by coming out immediately! They easily got the fan turned off and checked each baffle to make sure they could see daylight. They are a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end!

I could not be more pleased with the work of Fiddler Roofing. They came in a timely manner, provided a very accurate estimate, were very neat and clean about their job and conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout. There were several men on the job at a time, all coming on a cold morning with hot coffee, yet I did not see one piece of litter. They raked up the shingle pieces that fell in the yard, put up tarps to protect the house from the broken shingles. All the crew were very polite and considerate. The roof looks great! The manager of the team climbed on the roof with my husband and explained what they had done to his satisfaction (and he is VERY particular) I would hire Fiddler Roofing again in a minute.
