Description of Work: My sewer line was backed up. I called economy drain and he was at my house the next day on time. Along with educating me on the problem, the plumber was happy to educate me on the sewer lines health and the previous work he did on the house with the previous owners.

Description of Work: Bill the Plummer was prompt, effective and courteous. The problem was solved quickly. When I first called him, he was on his way out of town for a vacation. He referred me to another Plumber. I decided to wait. because he had great reviews. I see why. He repaired the problem. His price was fair. He was prompt and pleasant. He was gracious and made recommendations for future improvement of my plumbing needs. I will be calling Bill for all future work. I feel comfortable recommending him to a dear friend.

+ -1 moreHe is absolutely wonderful. Very professional, very respectful. His price was cheaper than anyone else's was. He gives a senior citizen discount. Quality, you couldn't get any better. You can tell he knows what he is doing. He is prompt. He comes when he says he is going to come. He calls when he says he will. He is a really nice fellow.
Description of Work: He put a toilet in my parents' bathroom. We have a backup system for the sump pump so he put that in.
