+ -1 moreI got quotes from 6 different contractors to do roof. Blue ox quote was actually MORE THAN DOUBLE the second highest quote. I ended up having the job done for a little under 17k or about 40% of blue Ox's quote and am very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof on my family room. They stripped off two prior layers of roofing before they installed the new roof. In addition, because I had improperly installed insulation blocking the soffit air vents (which caused the roofing shingles to deteriorate), they lifted the plywood on the roof and removed the excess insulation. | |They were very responsive and cleaned up the property extremely well before they left
