Description of Work: We just purchased a new home and of the MANY different contractor companies/services we have used relative to the new home, this company was unequivocally the worst. Actual cost and hours needed to service was well over double what was quoted. I understand it was an “estimate” but to undershoot it by so much is unbelievable. Asked to clean whole home prior to us moving in - and areas were missed ALL over the home. Blinds left filthy dirty, refrigerator not cleaned, parts of kitchen missed entirely. Crews had to be called back 2 or 3 more times as we began to notice all that was missed. Things were still missed and not completed. Owner appears to have no interest in quality control of the service as maybe after the first one or two times the cleaners had to be called back for missed spots, you would think the owner would show up to investigate. Instead, an “assistant” handled everything. It now makes sense that you cannot review this company anywhere but on Angies List. BEWARE!

Description of Work: I called several weeks ahead to make an appointment to do a general one time cleaning for a rental unit. The tenant had advised that they would be out before the end of the month, but since I wasn't sure, Kara and I agreed on a tentative date of Aug 3rd. The tenant actually moved out on the 1st. When I called on August 2nd to see if it were still possible to confirm for August 3rd, I received a text from an Office Manager who advised that Kara was out of the office and unavailable. I then received a text on August 3rd advising that they didn't have staff to work at my property on that date. So I called and left a message asking if I could reschedule. The next day, I saw that I had missed a call from Kara's number, but she left no message. So I called again, left a message that I still wanted to reschedule the job and to please call me....to date, Kara has not returned my call. She apparently didn't want my business....Very unprofessional company. Definitely would not recommend her to anyone.

I actually called this customer after seeing this response and let her know I went to verizon to have them pull all of my phone records. I called her several times but couldn't get through to her. Her phone would ring then hang up after voicemail came on, so as I mentioned to her, I would never not call a customer back. Anyone who knows my company, knows this is not a business practice I would condone. I love my company and what I do and take my job very seriously. After speaking with (Removed member name), I felt she was very sorry for this review and offered to correct it, but I am disappointed to see it hasn't been changed. Angies List has called her several times as well to ask her why it hasn't been removed or edited but they as well can't get in touch with her. They say her voicemail is full. It's really a shame a company like mine would be given a review like this especially due to the situation. I know I couldn't have done anything else to help the situation. I believe Angies List is an amazing site, however, they shouldn't allow people to write statements that are false when a business has proof to back themselves up. I was relived to know even Angies List themselves couldn't get in contact with this woman. Praying she chooses to do the right thing and remove this. Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of our entire 3400-sq.-ft. house. Included vigorous VC of all flat and some vertical surfaces (carpets, rugs, sofas, chairs, and more), scrubbing of toilets to an impressive shine, same with all sinks, bathtubs, and showers. Excellent cleaning of countertops, microwave ovens, extensive areas of tiled and hardwood floors. The initial cleaning was done by three energetic young workers and took about three hours to complete. | |Overall, an excellent job.

Description of Work: Vickie "DEEP" cleaned the entire main level,including kitchen,dining rm.,living rm, mud rm,family rm, large foyer, powder rm, and stairs. Approx. 1,500 sq. ft. With some help from a second person. Vickie did a spectacular job!! On short notice to get ready for a Xmas party. She came back a second time and "DEEP" cleaned the second level for us. Again a spectacular job!! Vickie is now my regular.

Description of Work: We began using this service a few months ago for an initial deep clean and a full house bi-weekly cleaning. The owner was very responsive to the call; a consult was set up; she arrived at the prescribed day and time, went through the home explaining all that was to be done for the first/thorough cleaning and the regular cleanings. A short time later I received an email with both prices and a overall summary of what each cleaning was to entail. When I called the scheduler, she was very prompt and receptive to meet my needs. Two individuals arrived for the initial cleaning and unfortunately it was an extremely hot and humid day (we don't have central air). The two cleaners did an adequate job (in a much shorter time frame than the estimate), but no where near the level of cleanliness that the owner had specified at the consult. However, due to the level of heat and humidity I didn't have the heart to make them redo anything. When I spoke to an individual from the office to explain that they were done and to get a final price, they were also concerned that the initial took a shorter time than the estimate. I explained that I was fine with the outcome due to the weather. A call was placed from the office to one of the workers to check and see why it was completed so quickly. I was charged based on the time spent and considerably less than the original estimate. I have had Jasmine come bi-weekly ever since. Sometimes she forgets something or I ask her to redo; she is very receptive to all criticism. My only issue is that I feel that the owner should periodically check to see that their employees are performing according to their standards and should of personally checked after the initial.

The experience started out fine enough. The owner made an appointment with me to look at the house and get an idea of the job's size. I walked her through the house and explained what I wanted cleaned and the types of products that I wanted used (I have natural hardwood floors, and I prefer eco-friendly products. Here is where it got weird. The owner stated that she could not give me a price quote because the price would be determined by the extent of the work. I thought it was odd, but I accepted it because she assured me that it wouldn't be more than $120. We then scheduled a time for the actual cleaning. On the morning of the cleaning, two women arrived at my door. I walked them through my house and showed them what I wanted done. I went into my home office and did work while they cleaned. They were pretty quiet, and worked dilligently. I checked up on the periodically and gave them some direction, but overall I let them do their job. After a few hours they informed me that they were done, and I thanked them and gave them a generous tip. I then left the house and went into work. Later that day, my wife came home and she and I went over the house. I noticed that there were black marks on my hardwood floors! These are brand new red oak floors, and there were no marks or scratches on the, before the "cleaning." But I found taht there were black marks all over the place. In the kitchen, I noticed that they did not move any of the small appliances when they worked on the counter tops. There were crumbs behind the toaster, and coffee grinds behind the coffee maker. Clearly, they wiped the counter down without moving the appliances. On the second floor, they wiped down the bath tub, but they didn't clean the shower curtain. We have a heavy duty shower curtain liner, and there was mildew and soap scum on it. I ended up spraying it down and cleaning it myself. A few days went by and we had not heard from the company about the bill. So I called them and left a message stating that there were some problems, and that I wanted a bill for their services. About two weeks later, I got a call back from them. I detailed my complaints, and asked for the owner to call me. That was more than a month ago. I still have not received a phone call from the owner, and I never received a bill. After all of this, I am not sure I would pay any bill that they sent me. How unprofessional for the owner to not even call me back after I had all of these problems! I am currently in the market for a new housecleaning service.... again.

We thank you for your feedback and yet at the same time we would like to respond to this comment. We as a company are very dedicated and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction we feel this comment is lacking the entire truth, so to begin, 1st. we did receive a call from this customer that there were "minor" scuff marks (his words) on his hardwood floors and when we responded the same day, we requested to come back the same day or at his earliest convenience to remove the markings and to correct the situation, upon doing so , he declined stating that they were busy and suggested we do so on the next scheduled visit, (which was 2 weeks out) 4 days before we were scheduled to clean his home for the second time, he called and cancelled service and requested a bill for the initial 1st time clean, which we did not invoice him for because we do not invoice a customer when a customer is not 100 % satisfied. We pride ourselves on that very fact and if you read all of our reviews , you would see that first and foremost is customer satisfaction and quick response time with efficiency. We are a growing company and yet at the same time , we manage to make our customers feel just as important as they did the day they started service with us. If given the opportunity, (which in this case we were not) we will make sure everything is done to complete a service. our ultimate goal is "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" and we "GUARANTEE" our service. So to sum this up: we did receive a call stating this customer was unhappy, we made several attempts to make good on the dissatisfaction however , our calls were not returned, even today, when we called to discuss a solution to mend this obvious unhappy customer: we were told now is not a good time, the same thing was told to us on 9-10-2010, and 9-16-2010 and again on 9-27-2010 and again today. So honestly, we feel we have done everything we can on our end, to complete this service . We feel this comment that was left here is founded to be untruthful .

The woman who came to do the initial estimate was very thorough in explaining what cleaning services they typically perform, and that the first cleaning is necessarily more intensive than routine follow-up cleanings. She made sure I understood their price structure. They have done an excellent job every time they've come, and the one time I had to phone them with a couple of questions, they got back to me right away.
Description of Work: Twice a month, they clean the entire downstairs of my Victorian house; they also vacuum the stairway carpet, upstairs hallway and they clean the upstairs bathroom.

The staff I observed working were clearly well trained and the owner came by to check on progress. The final result was a clean house ready to receive the new owner.
Description of Work: The staff cleaned our vacated house from attic to basement and garage in preparation for the new owner to move in. The first cleaner arrived as scheduled and others, up to 6 at one point, came as needed to finish the job in one day. This work was done the day after 1-800-Got-Junk emptied the house of remaining junk. The house had been occupied by members of the same family since 1942 and there were lots of corners that had not been well cleaned in a long time, but they got all of them. Floors were mopped and vacuumed, windows washed, walls wiped down, and major appliances cleaned, including self-cleaning of oven and follow-up wiping.
