The Cleaning Person Inc

Left a message on Tuesday requesting cleaning service for a one bedroom apartment ASAP. Received a call within hours indcating it would be possible to have someone at the apartment the next morning, Wednesday, 9 am. At 9:01 the phone rang; the housecleaner had arrived and was fully equipped to perform the job, which was thorough and well done in every respect.

I've been using them for quite a while and the price hasn't changed. So far they have been very, very reliable. They seem to have people. They've been working for me for a year and I've only had two different girls. They take the job very seriously. They have an office manager and an owner and they are very concerned that people are satisfied. They are here for 3 hours and they do an excellent job in that time. If I have a question or want the girl to do anything extra, they call me right back.

The owner was on-time for the estimate and the staff were on-time to do the work. They did it professionally and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work done. I'd recommend others consider using the Cleaning Persons Inc.

My house was neglected by me for a while and needed a full top to bottom cleaning. It was done, quickly, efficiently, I feel like I have my house back, shiney and new!

There were two cleaners the first time; they cleaned from top to bottom, spent 6 hours and it was $324 and we paid $118 for the maintenance cleaning which took them 3 or 4 hours. It's going to be only one person this time and she will come tomorrow as well. I imagine that the price would be pretty stable. The quality of the work is fantastic since I had so many cleaners and lack of reliability is one of the biggest things. Kara is the owner of the cleaning person and she is insured and bonded. She really runs it like a great business and she has got a business head and a degree. She actually came out and met with me first to give a quote, an idea and we talked and it was great. It was done very professionally and much different than anything I have ever encountered before.

We are very pleased with their service and plan to use them again.

My house is about 2,100 sq. feet and they charge me $108 every two weeks. I am satisfied with their service. I like that it is a real organization, and I have somebody that I can go back to if I need something else. I don't have any complaints. I would say that the price is reasonable. I have had two women, one whom I loved, and unfortunately she had to quit. I am still getting used to the second one, and she is not quite as good and I think she is not as experienced.

The job was done very well. Their charges are a little more than $75 a week.

They do an excellent job. They are extremely pleasant to deal with. I have never been displeased with their services. They are very quiet and organized, and they just do the work. I will continue to use them in the future.

Kara Heider is the owner. They were great. Two weeks before they sent two other people and I was not happy with them. This time they sent different people and it was excellent. They come every two weeks.

If there a higher scale than an A, I would give it to Kara Heider and her team at The Cleaning Person. From the first phone conversation, we have had excellent service. Our family home is over 150 years old and has not been adequately maintained for several years. When I described the situation to Kara, she assured me that she and her team had dealt with many challenging jobs. They proved their skill and experience in each project. The first and second projects took place over Two days. I worked along with Jessica and found her to be hard-working, persistent, creative in suggesting solutions and a great partner. Several times I had to leave to do errands and Jessica kept working. In each case she finished the tasks in an excellent manner and always in less time than I thought she would need. Each time she finished before I returned, she started another task and carried it through. The third project took place over one day. I had emailed a detailed description of all the tasks that needed to be done in order to clean and air out a very large room that had been damaged severely by water. In some cases, the description included staging of what needed to be done since some steps had to precede other steps. The two team members came on time and tackled the job with no supervision. They did an unbelievable job. Not only was the room and much of its contents severely damaged, but there was an undamaged corner of the room with fragile contents that needed to be protected during the clean-up. There were also weatherizing window coverings in the room that were undamaged and needed to be removed for future use. The very old wall to wall carpet was so damaged in part that it had to be scraped off the floor. There were unexpected problems that emerged during the project. The team members came up with creative suggestions and carried them out quickly. The completed work surpassed our expectations for both the quality of work and the time expended. These folks are GREAT!

Wanda, the woman that I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, as was Kara, the woman who came to do the estimate. We hired The Cleaning Person to do an inital cleaning of a completely empty house. There was no furniture or other obstructions in the house. We were quoted $300, which was a fair price. Three girls arrived to clean. They were at the house for an excess of 7 hours. I couldn't quite figure what they were doing for so long being that several things we asked them to do were not done. Among the things that were not done that we asked them to do included: window sills, behind the washer and dryer, behind the refrigerator, the interior of the bathroom cabinets, and under the sink in the kitchen. Initially, we told Kara that everything went well and we were happy because we did not do a thorough inspection of the above items. Furthermore, because the girls were at the house in excess of seven hours, Kara tried to charge me more and when I argued the price, she informed me that I, and quot;was just trying to get out of paying my billand quot;, told me that I was cheap, unethical and unprofessional. When I explained that I had every intention of paying the initial quoted price, she continued to act in a very umprofessional way. To this day, we cannot figure out what they girls were doing in the house for seven hours.

It was good. The house looks great. They did a walk through before with me and were very polite and sweet. At the end they did another walk through to make sure everything was satisfactory. I was very pleased.

I have worked with world-class corporations. I have not yet seen a degree of professionalism in them that exists at The Cleaning Person. Their willingness to go the extra mile+ is astonishing. I live approximately 6 hours away from the area, so I operate on a tight schedule whenever work is done on this house. Kara responded to my request for an evaluation on very short notice, was thorough in her assessment, fast turn-around on the estimate, and completed the work on schedule. In a great example of putting her customer's needs first, she recommended another company that she felt stood the best chance of solving a problem when she could have attempted it herself. She went above and beyond in her efforts to keep us informed about the progress of the work.

The Cleaning Person gave a very detailed estimate. They told me what chemicals they use. I have used them for a year. Their price is competitive. They had sent one person to clean that I was not happy with. I called them and they have changed the person they now send with no problem.

The Cleaning Person is an honest company to deal with. They are prompt and thorough. There prices are average. They are very good.

The girls arrived at my house promptly at 9am, they were walked through and told what I would like to have done, then they got to work. They were here from 9am til 4:30 for the initial cleaning, and it was well worth the money and the wait. It was great to come home to a sparkling clean house. I can't wait til they come back next month!

Service was requested on a Thurs for 2 days later on Sat. I am pleased that I was accomodated so quickly. Employee was very nice, she didn't feel well and I insisted she lie dow. She only rested for a few minutes. She spent well over an hour in the bathroom with no water running to clean Employee was rushed cleaning floors because my house guests arrived unexpectedly early ( 6 hours ) . Scatterrugs were not removed from rooms to clean floors.Throw rug in bathroom was not shaken out. I was given a phone estimate of about $80.00. I paid $145.80. Was not informed that services are billed hourly. After employee left, I decided to rearrange bedroom furniture; was not pleased to find dust under bed and bureau. This was the first time in my life I have ever hired a cleaning service. My house looked clean and presentable. i'm not sure if all cleaning services clean with only spray cleaners. I would not used this service again because I probably won't hire any cleaning service.

They are very efficient. They are non-intrusive and they don't get in your way. The lady that comes will do whatever you need her to do. There are no glitches in their service. They will do specialty cleaning as well. They are reasonably priced.

The Cleaning Person, Inc provided an initial (very thorough) cleaning before our regular bi-weekly cleaning services are to begin this month. The 2 cleaners came about 15 min. late, but made up that time on the other end. I decided to limit the cleaning to 4hrs. although 5 hrs. were recommended for this first cleaning. The cleaners were not able to get to a couple things, but did a fantastic job with everything there was time for. On two occasions I was asked to look over the work. I noticed fingerprints on a door in a bedroom that was inadvertently forgotten. When I mentioned it, it was fixed immediately. My old showers have never sparkled so well! I am very happy so far and look forward to keeping this relationship!

At the initial cleaning, 2 young women were assigned. One was late by half hour (she turned out to be the unreliable one mentioned previously, who was later replaced). Excellent job! They even vacuumed cat trees! It took the better part of 6 hours, but it was wonderful. Bi-weekly cleaning, when it happens, is also excellent. I finally think I have a reliable woman, Lynne. She is very reliable, very pleasant, so far is always on time. I say and quot;when it happensand quot; because before Lynne, I had the unreliable one. Additionally, there have been scheduling problems, done by an office worker who continues to apologize but not seem to put it together on a regular basis. When I originally signed on, my choice was morning or afternoon visits - I chose afternoons, as I like time to prepare and not rush. So far, twice someone has come in the morning on the instructions of this scheduler. I would really like to continue with this group, especially now that I have a reliable cleaning person assigned. I just have to work on the scheduler.

They are top notch and did a really thorough job. They came out on short notice. They were a little expensive but considering the short notice and the amount of help they gave us it was worth it. I wll use them again in the future.

What I like best about them is our communication. They get the job done in good time but I notice that sometimes they are a little inconsistent. But overall, I would recommend them.

They were awesome and the service was great. The owner was personally involved in coming and giving me the estimate and coming to see the work. She actually did the work and helped her girls. They were very professional, courteous and did a good job. They really cared about the quality.

From the moment I called (the week before Christmas) to see if they could squeeze me in, the employees of The Cleaning Person were fabulous. They bent over backwards to work my house into their schedule, even though they were swamped already. The person that they sent to clean my house was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. She worked VERY hard all day long, and even stayed late to finish the job. Our house has NEVER been this clean before, and we plan on scheduling another cleaning very soon.
