Description of Work: Cleaned 2BR/2Ba condo before I listed it for sale. Tenant had done light housekeeping, but it really needed a good scrubbing before any showings. They came on a Sunday for 4 hours and cleaned all baseboard woodwork, both bathrooms and the kitchen and cleaned all of the hardwood floors. The place looked beautiful. The owner was very accommodating for the appointment time, her employee was very professional and polite and I thought that the price was very reasonable. They are also insured and bonded. Will definitely use them again and I recommend them to many other agents and people who are considering putting their houses on the market.

Description of Work: The representative cleaned the first floor of the house. She dusted and vacuumed and washed the floors on her hands and knees.

Description of Work: I am a repeat customer and have found the quality of service in terms of ease of arranging an appointment and the actual cleaning of my one bedroom apartment consistently good. Service exclusions are clear stated when the appointment is arranged; e.g., cleaning of appliance interiors (refrigerator, oven) was not included in the quote which helps to avoid confusion regarding the scope of work to be performed.

Description of Work: Kara was very helpful and was able to get a team out to my house very quickly as I was preparing to put my home on the market. I would definitely utilize her in the future.

Description of Work: The provider canceled her first appointment to provide an estimate, and re scheduled for another day. A date for services to begin was established, but the provider never showed up and after a phone call with message left and a text message, sent an email stating that she had gotten her dates confused and would reschedule. No further communication has been received from the provider.

Description of Work: I first used Kara Heider's staff for a full-house Spring cleaning. They did a great job. I am stilling using them to clean the bathrooms and the person I have does a good job. The staff are considerate of my pet cats, which was the most important to me.

Description of Work: I have just recently signed on with The Cleaning Person, Inc and I am very pleased. I need someone to come early in the morning so that my office can be cleaned before I start my work day and meetings. I also need the same person to come every time. The Cleaning Person, Inc has been able to fill both requests while doing a wonderful job cleaning the house. I find Kara, the owner, and Wanda, the manager, are both accommodating and personable. I am looking forward to getting my house on a regular cleaning schedule.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire house to prepare for sale. I had a lot of other people working around the house on the same days. They were extremely courteous and flexible during the cleaning. Many Items looked new when they were done, I could not believe some of the items they brought back to life. ( Stove, Cabinets, Bath Fixtures, Tiles, Etc.......) They were fantastic!!!
