Description of Work: Eric Leach, the owner, came to my house and after looking over the work needed and consulting with an engineer, gave me a detailed, itemized work proposal in a very timely manner. After accepting their bid, we set up a time for the work to begin and an estimate of when it would be completed. They began the project on the date stated and despite finding additional problems, not unusual in an old home, finished the work within the time frame stipulated. They repaired the building's foundation including the new construction of one entire wall, installation of surface drain from the front of the building to the back, installation of a dehumidifier, repairing a corner wall and cementing a back basement floor. The ENTIRE crew was professional and courteous throughout the execution of the project. I was very satisfied with the results and would confidently recommend this company to anyone requiring extensive and/or minor foundation work to be done.

Once they were here, the experience was excellent. Friendly, capable crew on time every day. The work was done quickly and well, and the pricing was very fair. Communication during the work was very good. I'm glad we chose them.
