I am ecstatic with the work cj and his crew has done on my house! The work they did looks amazing and they paid close attention to the little details. I have already recommended them to a few friends and would gladly recommended them to anyone that needs work done. A great company with a great clean cut crew!!

Never came back to finish the work Was paid for services he ner did. Was to return the money 930.00for electric work that was not performed. Tells you he'll be back to finish never shows up. Tell you the check is in the mail never sent. Call him email text doesn't answer nor return calls. Doesn't honor his warranty.

WHAT FOLLOWS WAS OUR ORIGINAL IMPRESSION _HOW WRONG WE WERE! Could have been better. We met with CJ and received and estimate within a week as well as an offer for early booking and senior citizen discounts. We agreed to the price and work started immediately. We were introduced to each member of his team and they were all wonderful folks. On any day the team included the tradesmen and always a safety/professional supervisor. Weather was a problem early on and the job took about a month. They always paid very close attention to high quality and were meticulous about daily clean up and storage of gear. A few minor points were quickly resolved. Safety is an issue as is the maintenance of ladders in safe condition (no ropes), lack of respirators when spraying and lack of care for the home gutters. They should have used ladder stabilizers and when mentioned they were promised but never appeared. When a bit of roof paint was dripped on our porch, CJ repainted the entire porch floor and steps and will be returning to apply a second coat. ( a month has passed and nothing) We have contracted to have them paint our entire garage and a portion of our home, the latter in compensation for gutter damage. They also do electric, plumbing, building repairs, masonry, etc. (We won't let them touch our house at this point) We feel as if we've made several new friends with CJ and his team and plan on seeing more of them in the future. (I usually read people well but failed dismally with this guy and his henchman (supervisor) Bob). 6/14/2012: I wrote the above with very high grades throughout expecting them to return the following Monday to complete wotk on the house. Instead for the last 12 days I've had no communications from them other than two misleading emails. Today, the owner emailed to say they would be here next Monday. That remains to be seen. What began as a great experience degraded into a situation where we can't trust their word. (6/25 -no contact, emails and calls unanswered). In retrospect we have also found spray overs, misses, bent guttering and other indications of less than the perfect job we thought we had. Therefore, I have changed the grades assigned and no longer recommend this company for your special award. Communications have been abysmal and we have ahd to cancel vacation reservations to get this job completed. I have no idea where they have been for two weeks but it is a totally unsatisfactory way to treat a client. Had they only called to explain! Instead we had a few emails saying they would be here and then saying they would keep us informed. Neither happened. 6/25 Update - we emailed and called with no answer. He and crew have not shown up. It looks like we are out 1350! He never started one project as contracted and the other is left partially done at best. To add to his sterling reputation. We have found reviews on a local site with many serious complaints dating back years. There have been a few good ones -all with the same words and usage and signed by people with the same first names as his wife and a couple of his workers. We contacted a professional colleague he mentioned as a friend and reference along with another person. Here's what she had to say. " That is extremely irritating, on all counts, but I am especially irritated that he is claiming us as a reference! We would NEVER recommend him to anyone. I wonder if (name deleted) knows he is using her name, too. I may be seeing her this week and if I do, I'll tell her. Some nerve he has! I'm going to call him, but I imagine I'll, at best, be able to leave a message. I'm so glad you told me about this. Good luck with your situation. " That's it for now. He has our 1350 down payment and we can't contact him.
