Description of Work: Jack and Kathy were thorough, polite, knowledgeable, quick to respond to phone calls and emails, professional. They were clear in explaining the details of a cross country move. They were the best price I found for what turned out to be excellent service. Unfortunately, on the destination of this move, items were damaged, paperwork was rushed, and incorrectly submitted to me the date of delivery by the driver, and I am still in the process of trying to obtain payment for my damaged items with my full coverage. They have refused repair and replacement of items indicated and photographed.

They were very careful wrapping the furniture and fragile items and put up protection for the doorways and banister. The crew leader, Wayne was very pleasant as were the others on the crew (Shawn, Duane, and I can't remember the name of the fourth person). The pricing was was very competitive when compared with other estimates I received. I would definitely recommend Triangle. "

Description of Work: Two gentleman came with a large van. They came well equipped with moving blankets, tape and cardboard. Doorways were protected from damage as well as the floors at the area of entry. All of my furniture was well wrapped in blankets or plastic wrapping prior to the move and unwrapped at the destination. Both guys were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Triangle Movers for all of your moving needs.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal and then sent an email to have service scheduled. They told me they could not help me as they did not do moves in CT - I had a truck coming from CT to NY and just needed it unloaded. I was going to ask for a refund but then thought I have to do the same thing with a storage unit in OH and that when it arrived in NY, they could unload it for me. They don't do moving labor. Not sure why a moving company doesn't offer moving labor! I don't think they want to do any work, just take money in. THe description of this deal said $149 for $300 worth of moving services - what are moving services then? The description should be more appropriate for what the company actually does, and for me it was nothing! I would never recommend them to anyone else!

Description of Work: Moved me <2 miles---did not take everything and I had to arrange for them to come back. My boxes were clearly marked with the room they were going to, ended up in my storage unit or wrong room. I had more breakage than in any other move. The owner did the estimate and made a very positive impression. The move itself was awful.

Description of Work: Three very professional, polite young men arrived when promised, prepared/protected our house for moving, padded doorways, railings, etc. |and then started wrapping our furniture. We moved from a 4BR, 2 1/2 BTH, 2 story ,3,car garage house to a much smaller 1 story ,1 car garage house (empty nesters)that we had completely renovated. The movers worked as a team when necessary and individually when appropriate with protection of our property and possessions as primary objective. They succeeded completely. All requests were answered with "No problem". I STRONGLY recommend them.

Description of Work: My household was packed up in NY. Three Triangle men arrived on time and spent a good part of the day doing the job. They arrived in FL on the designated day and time where several hours were spent successfully unloading all my stuff despite the really debilitating heat wave we are experiencing here. The two men doing the work were friendly, polite, and professional. I'm very glad I decided to move with Triangle.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I used Triangle movers. Jack and Cathy handled all the details of moving our furniture from Florida to New York. Tommy did a great job in Florida .furniture was delivered by Shawn and Vince in New York. They are all courteous, efficient and helpful! I highly recommend Triangle Movers

Description of Work: Triangle was very prompt and thorough. The communication was great and they were punctual and got the job done quickly. I used the packing service and that made it easy for me. I rarely move so I don't have a view of how the price would compare for other companies, but the price seemed reasonable to me. Worth it, as the experience wasn excellent. Randy and Sean did a fabulous job.
