TRIANGLE MOVERS

Wonderful. The movers (a group of 3) were on time to the minute (informed they would arrive between 8am and 9am and they turned up at 8am on the dot). Covered all the doors and floors and moved everything quickly, efficiently and non intrusively (as best as possible). No cats escaped in the process! At the other end they built everything well and properly and even moved a table that was left at the new place in a strange place. No damage in the boxes or to any of the properties. A flat fee was charged up front, and all comms were quick and the movers were very helpful. An excellent moving experience.

Triangle movers was great. Our moving crew (Shawn, Vinie, Mark, Aaron) were nice, professional and hard working. Everything went smooth - not a single thing was broken in the move. The crew disassembled all of our furniture when moving us out and put it back together when they moved us in. During the move in, they offered to carry our new wash and dryer up to the second floor, and when I learned I'd ordered the wrong dryer, they graciously took it back down again. After we were moved in, they did a walk through with us to see if everything was where we wanted it and to make sure we were happy with their services. Overall a great experience, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Honestly, Triangle Movers took the anxiety out of my move! The guys were friendly and very professional. They showed up at 7:30 and went right to work!! Welcome Home was the last thing they said after they finished moving me to NJ. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has to move!!!

From the start, Triangle supplied class-A service. Jack made a site visit to the unit and gave an accurate assessment of the time it would take to move everything into our house. He was courteous and highly professional (as was the company's telephone receptionist). The move went very efficiently. The team was cheerful, confident, and good at navigating a couple of awkward large items, such as the SubZero, which had to go up an exterior flight of steps and through a narrow hallway into the kitchen. We were very impressed and have already recommended Triangle to other people.

My experiences over the years, whenever I need to call in the services of someone to provide any kind of work/service, have made me wary and not particularly trusting that I am going to get the quality of service I expect. A move, particularly long distance, is not easy, from choice of mover to fruition of the move. With that said, go online and do your homework in terminology in the industry, what to look for, etc. I did and then turned to Angie's recommendations. We interviewed two companies, with similar ratings, etc. and, after taking our time and asking many questions, we decided on using Triangle Movers and are very glad we did. Beginning to end was exactly as had been explained and promised. Jack Eschbacher, president, is a professional --- experienced, knowledgeable, always very pleasant and willing to explain, advise and dispense assurances, as many times as one needs to hear it. Once all is packed and the move imminent, his wife Catherine, takes over as primary contact and she, too is on top of everything and great to work with. I should add that the NY crew, which readied our large fragiles and loaded the truck, arrived on time, were very easy to work with and had everything done in what seemed like no time. Note: For all you first-timers, if you have things for which you cannot find an appropriate sized box, etc., these movers will wrap it up for you with a , "No problem." Wish I'd known that ahead of time! When you make a long distance move, you will deal with a local mover and then the company that does the long distance haul. it is important to know what happens with your belongings between the time they are picked up locally and, then, driven long distance. As promised by Jack, our belongings were loaded in NY onto the actual truck that would be going the long haul and were not removed until being unloaded at our FL home. Knowing our things were not going to be loaded, unloaded, then loaded again, lessened our fear about anything getting mixed up or damaged. And, while the crew at the NY end is different than the one in FL, the driver for the whole trip, who supervises everything, is an employee of Triangle Mover. Also a good thing! The final word is all our belongings arrived in the same condition they left us, during the window of time we'd been given. No hitches, no complaints. One more note: Keep in mind that moving is not cheap, but you may find that the time of year of your move can make a considerable difference in price. We had no choice but to move during a busy season, but nevertheless, Triangle Movers was considerably less than its competition. In closing, we highly recommend you consider Triangle Movers for your next move, long distance or local. Based on our experience, we do not think you will be disappointed.

The company president was personally involved and/or available during the entire process. The workers were extremely professional, courteous, and very pleasant and accommodating. They took great care of our furnishings, wrapping and unwrapping, and removed all debris. I would highly recommend them.

The move went very well. The guys showed up on time, started immediately, were very professional and friendly. They did a terrific job, prepping the doors and floors to prevent any damage during the move. I did not have a single item damaged in any way. Although I thought they were a little pricey compared to other movers I checked, I would use them again in a heartbeat because there were no hidden costs and they did exactly what they said they would do. This was my first experience hiring a moving company (as I have always done my own moves in the past) and I was a little apprehensive based on some of the horror stories I had heard but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. You get what you pay for and in this case, I consider it money well spent.

We used Triangle Movers to move from Beacon, NY to Newburgh, NY in November. It's not a big move-only a couple of miles apart- but we did need to move an entire house- 2 bedrooms, office, studio, dining, living, and kitchen and were extremely happy with the service from Triangle Movers- specifically Vince and Jon. They arrived on time, were very professional and packed everything with a lot of care. They were also very friendly and got the job done as quickly as could be expected. Moving day is always stressful and these guys made it feel easy- they were nice enough to move things around as needed in the new place. I would fully recommend using Triangle Movers!

The moving team showed up exactly as scheduled. I had an exceptionally heavy glass dining room table. The moving company made a template, then constructed a crate designed to fit the table. Very impressive. The movers were totally professional. They were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Again in Florida, they were prompt and handled my things with the utmost care. The price quoted was the rate that I paid. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again.

Everything went very well. I would recommend them. They were so good in everything that they do. The move went off without a hitch, they arrived on time and gave me an idea of when they would be done including when they would arrive in South Carolina. It went as smooth as a move could go.

It was a two stop move but it was all one trip. They moved everything. My experience was positive.

Move went great starting with Jack who walked through the house and with all my concerns he just said no problem my boys can take care of that. The team showed up on time and went to work with no hanging around. I had 2 special items(a large basinet and a doll house my husband built) packed by them and they were especially careful with them so that they arrived with no problem. They were professional and worked around us still packing as they were loading truck. I had pizza brought in about 12:00 and they stopped for short time. The rest of day they worked hard. On the other end of delivery they showed up on time and also worked hard all day not stopping except for donuts(all of 10 seconds). The cost of $7190 was to move from Somers NY to Northern MI. As with any move small issues, but taken care of by Cathy. Would highly recommend!!

I needed moving done last week. I purchased the deal and asked them to please contact me with dates and times of availability. They did email me but their first date of availability was several weeks away, which did not work for me.

Moved out and moved in on (sequentially) swelteringly hot days. The guys were fantastic - really the best of the best, even under very challenging circumstances (e.g., weather; outside guy they'd contracted to help on this end was a dud but two of them handled it magnificently themselves; I changed my mind about where things should go a few too many times; etc.). They showed up right on time both mornings, and in every way, did exactly what they promised to do. From my first contact with Jack until they were finally out the door and on their way (and I collapsed - moving is not for the faint of heart), they couldn't have been better. Even turned down the cold beers I offered them, because they'd be driving. They made an insane experience bearable.

Once again (2nd time I've used Triangle Movers) the move into my new house went as smooth as ever! I would highly recommend Triangle Movers for your next move. Whether they are handling a box of clothes or an antique fragile piece of furniture or even a family heirloom, they are extremely careful with being sure item is protected, wrapped, and handled properly. They seem to treat all items moved as if it were their own. Very professional, clean cut, respectful guys, who seem to really take pride in their work and it shows. They even helped with ideas in furniture placement...and were dead on! They dont just "plop" items wherever....they "place" items where need/should go. Thank you for making the transition into my new house so pleasant! Though it is a running joke of me saying my next move is going to be under a palm tree with no furniture needed, I can tell you when it is time to retire and move down south to the ocean and palm trees; Jack and Triangle Movers is who I will call to get me there - because I know I can trust them to get my stuff there safely!

Very well; they arrived on time and performed the work within 6 hours as promised. They did not lose any articles or break any furniture/china. It was a good experience overall.

All of the workers were wonderful! They were polite and extremely careful. They padded my banisters and carefully wrapped our furniture. I highly recommend them. They are great movers and also very nice people!!

Jack the owner was very nice came right away for the estimates at both of our homes and gave us a very competitive price. Jack was also helpful with having his crew get some of our things to our storage unit at no additional charge. We had a two day move scheduled because we owned two separate homes in two different towns, the crew came in like tornadoes laying down runners shrink wrapping furniture etc. my one complaint would have to be that they were in such a hurry that some things meant to get to Florida ended up in storage and vice versa. we survived we did have to go out and buy new dishes because three sets ended up in storage. I want to add in their defense it was pouring and thundering the second day of the move which may have added to some of the confusion. I would use Jack at Triangle again if the situation were to arise. Jack was also the only moving line that was willing to negotiate a little on the price.

They did a great job and I plan to use them for a future move as well.

Our move was completed over two days. The first was half of our furniture and belongings to storage. The second was the balance of our furniture and stuff to a condo. It snowed both days. Despite the bad weather the guys arrived on time, were pleasant and friendly and responded positively to all requests. Made a couple of difficult days a little easier.

They were great. Moved all of our furniture and belongings without an incident.

I packed all of my belonging but they were excellent with mirrors and furniture they wrapped everything very well and were meticulous. They were polite, they came on time and they had everything loaded in about 4 hours. I also liked that I could reach the owner directly. I am using them for a bigger move soon.

I contacted the owner, Jack Eschbacher about 2 months before my move. He came to my home and did an inventory and gave me the estimated price of moving my three bedroom household, 2 car garage items, basement and the contents of a storage unit I had. I was amazed at the price. When he got back to his office he emailed me the finalized price and it had not changed. Jack was was very professional and old school courteous. I explained I could not give him a date when I was moving because I needed to wait for the owners of the Delaware house to move. this went on for 2 months and I called Jack to let him know things were going slowly. He told me not to worry and just let him know when I was ready. When I was finally able to give Jack a date for the move he explained how it was to be done. The day before the move a team of his men would arrive at about 7 am to do a pre move inspection. The men arrived at 7am started their inspection and to my surprise loading a truck with things my wife and I had packed. It took them about 3 hours to load the truck with half the items. They explained what they needed me to do for the next day. they arrived on time with another truck and finished the job at the house then we went to my storage unit on Merritt Blvd in Wappingers with the truck and they got everything into the truck and we were finished. Four hours tops! two days later they were at my new house in Delaware 8 am unpacked the truck placed all of my items where they needed to be and reassembled everything they had taken apart in New York. The movers were very pleasant and respectful of my belongings. The best thing is the price did not change! Thanks for everything Jack!

They are without a doubt the best moving company we've ever had, and we've moved 16 times.

The service was fine in New York but that all changed in Charlotte. The mover was delayed 2 days, they caused property damage, the claims process is unsatisfactory, the service was terrible, we had to move some of our own furniture in and had to assist the truck driver with loading the cargo ramps and backing the truck out of our neighborhood.
