+ 1 moreScott helped me break thing down in understanding what was going on and how I could prevent it from happening further. He was very clear with what was going to happen and the prices, and kept to the timeline he said he would. Pretty much was always around if I contacted, and I feel comfortable going to him with any issues in the future involving my PC. I've been nickle and dimed from so many businesses where they send it to another group of people, and this was NOT that experience.
