This team did an excellent job from start to finish!! They came in at a reasonable price and then did the job right. On top of that, the 2 gentlemen who did the onsight work were fantastic (and personable too!). I should also compliment the man who was sent to vacuum out the tanks as he did a nice job as well. I'd recommend this company anytime!

Professional and easy to work with. Shelley was knowledgable, pleasant and constantly in contact with updates and answers. Walker & Jimmy were pleasant, diligent, hard working and respectful of my property. Mike was equally as professional and able to address all my concerns while getting the job done timely. A few issues were resolved quickly to my satisfaction and the closure reports were sooner than expected.

They understood the problem I had and brought in the right people to handle it. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had come across a problem in the beginning initially and they brought out the right equipment. They knew exactly how to handle that kind of situation and they could have charged me a lot more but didn't. They helped me out and Shelly was awesome there is nothing more I can say about Optima Environmental Services.
