They completely exceeded our expectations! I couldn't be happier with Luis and his team. They completely transformed our dark, dingy basement into such an amazing space that will without a doubt be our family's go to spot to hang out. From flooring to lighting, plumbing to electrical work, trim to fixtures, they did everything in only a few weeks! Luis was always responsive to our questions, and willing to shift gears when we came up with new ideas. His crew were all amazingly hard working and always respectful of our living space. Not only did they have the best quote for the work, their quality of work was top notch. Anyone would be lucky to have them do work for them.

L-pro did an amazing job renovating my basement, from floors, to walls, lighting, plumbing and painting. They have a great team of experts and Luis is great. Communication was great and they finished very fast, way before the eta quoted..... not only did L-pro quote me the best price but they also did high quality work. Definitely recommended for any job!

Luis was a very nice guy, They removed my existing pull down steps and installed new stairs from an existing platform to access my attic. I had removed the existing plywood in the attic and found out that they never framed out the existing opening where they removed the pull down stairs (48x24 opening). I could have fallen thru the opening that was not framed out before placing the plywood back. I alerted Luis the owner and said he would come by my house the next day. He had an emergency and said he would come back the following day and he never called or showed up. 2 different post were put in ( not sure why) I fixed the opening and post myself! The stairs are very solid and they did a great job with the steps and access hatch. He would have gotten an A but not calling me back and correcting the problem cost him a better grade and another job that I wanted to do.

It was great. He was responsive, he came in when he said he would come in, quickly, responsible and he keep in touch.

Luis and his team were efficient and professional. He came out the day after I reached out to him and the project was completed quickly after that.
