 + -1 moreHe was slightly late, but called to let me know. I'd heard there are many versions of dimmer switches and it's problematic to get the right one. But he understood what to do, and in the process made my very old track light more functional. He was very pleasant. He had brought along a bill for an hour at his usual rate, but only asked me for $65 since he worked much less than a full hour.
Description of Work: Repaired a dimmer switch and associated track light.

 + -1 moreDon Hartley did a quality job. He does the work himself, sometimes with his daughter who is an apprentice. He is very personable. We met him when he installed electrical for our next door neighbor's pool. I but "B" for price just because we didn't get other quotes, so don't really know how to compare. The price seemed reasonable for work done.
Description of Work: Installed 70 amp service for hot tub. Circuit was from garage, then outside along house walls about 70 feet to hot tub disconnect. Also installed GFCI outlet on deck. PVC conduit used.

Description of Work: Don installed a generator interface which he ordered after being certain he was getting the correct version. Apparently there are numerous versions and you have to have the exact correct one for your particular electrical panel. He was prompt; he called to let me know he was on the way. Price was exactly as quoted. He seemed to take care to do the job correctly; came with the correct parts, etc. He did work for me once previously and that time he solved a problem with an electrical outlet within minutes and charged only a flat service call. I would request he do more work for me in the future.
