Anthony was terrific. He responded quickly and was on time for the appt. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any problem. He’s very knowledgeable and he was very helpful. His prices are extremely reasonable and straightforward. I would hire him again without reservation. He’s good at what he does and he’s a nice man as well.

Anthony was nice, efficient, and charged a very fair price to repair our non-functioning door. He explained the situation and showed us where the key problem points were. If he had wanted to take advantage of our inexperience he could have, but instead he showed his integrity and charged us only for the necessary repair. Will definitely hire again.

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with! Easy to communicate with, punctual, amazing attention to detail (and i can be OCD with detail) and just generally pleasant human. He even went the extra mile on some parts that I was missing and went out of his way to get what we needed to finish to job. Highly recommend!

Anthony is, in a word, terrific. He is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and went out of his way ( literally - drove out of his way) to make sure we had our garage doors operating properly. I never knew I "needed" a garage-door-guy until I saw him get to work using his experience to target the problems and then efficiently solve them. The cost was very reasonable - and much lower than other quotes from people who exuded far less confidence. There was a residual problem we noticed after he left - that had nothing directly to do with what he repaired - and hadn't hadn't been noticeable when we tested the doors following his repair - and he game back promptly to address that without any additional charge. When it comes to garage doors - he is truly "Saint Anthony!" I am fully satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with this service. Anthony originally called and said it'd be a month before the vendor would be able to have the materials. Well, 24 hours later he called back and had everything in hand and ready to install. He came the same day and took apart the old garage doors, put in new tracks and installed the new doors. It was a really well done job and he was equally devastated when he discovered the door lift wasn't working. But that's ok, he's coming back next week to install a new lift. The work was great, and the professionalism was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other contractors who just do not communicate. I would definitely recommend Garage Owl for your needs. You won't be disappointed.

Fabulous. Anthony returned my call very quickly. He asked me several questions about the job and asked me to send a picture so he clearly knew what was needed. Then he asked me if I was able to use my phone or device for texting, etc. If not, he would communicate with me another way. Anthony came the next day and replaced the springs. He was on time and finished the job quickly. He is pleasant and respectful. Anthony also has a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.

It went great. Mr. Jobe was wonderful to work with. He was as enthusiastic about the job as I was. Everything was professionally done and he was as able to obtain and install my garage door sooner than expected. I highly recommend Garage Owl.

Anthony was fantastic to work with! He did an estimate over the phone and when we were ready for him to come to do an in-person estimate we were able to schedule an appointment with him. His estimate was just what he said it would be over the phone. He was even able to complete the work the same day! Anthony took the time to demo the controllers, key pads, safety features, etc. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!
