Anthony was excellent to deal with. Very personable, great communicator. Takes the time to listen to your concerns, quickly diagnoses the problem, and then explains what he needs to do to fix it. Even takes the time to explain what you can do to keep the garage door and opener in good working condition. Will definitely hire again and highly recommend his work.

This guy is tops! It’s one thing to have the ability to successfully complete a job. It’s quite another to have the people skills to patiently listen, communicate, and create a positive experience for the customer. Anthony has both. He was professional, skillful, while at the same time down-to-earth, easy to talk to. He did a fantastic job repairing my garage door, and then took it upon himself to help me with another problem I was having. This kind of service is rare. Fully recommended.

Anthony is great! Made suggestions for a style of door that would look best with my house. Was very responsive when I needed questions answered or more information. First let me say Anthony is great at what he does. He's very honest, he takes pride in his work and he's very knowledgeable about the garage system. He came and it took a few seconds to identify the problem. Thanks to Anthony, the garage is up and running again.

Anthony was very responsive, he came over the next day after contacting him to assess the work. Once assessed he said he could fix our garage door rather than replace it, which is what we thought we had to do. Needless to say, he saved us a ton of money. Anthony was nice, efficient, and charged a very fair price to repair our non-functioning door. He explained the situation and showed us where the key problem points were. If he had wanted to take advantage of our inexperience he could have, but instead he showed his integrity and charged us only for the necessary repair. Will definitely hire again.

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with! Easy to communicate with, punctual, amazing attention to detail (and i can be OCD with detail) and just generally pleasant human. He even went the extra mile on some parts that I was missing and went out of his way to get what we needed to finish to job. Highly recommend!

Anthony is, in a word, terrific. He is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and went out of his way ( literally - drove out of his way) to make sure we had our garage doors operating properly. I never knew I "needed" a garage-door-guy until I saw him get to work using his experience to target the problems and then efficiently solve them. The cost was very reasonable - and much lower than other quotes from people who exuded far less confidence. There was a residual problem we noticed after he left - that had nothing directly to do with what he repaired - and hadn't hadn't been noticeable when we tested the doors following his repair - and he game back promptly to address that without any additional charge. When it comes to garage doors - he is truly "Saint Anthony!" I am fully satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with this service. Anthony originally called and said it'd be a month before the vendor would be able to have the materials. Well, 24 hours later he called back and had everything in hand and ready to install. He came the same day and took apart the old garage doors, put in new tracks and installed the new doors. It was a really well done job and he was equally devastated when he discovered the door lift wasn't working. But that's ok, he's coming back next week to install a new lift. The work was great, and the professionalism was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other contractors who just do not communicate. I would definitely recommend Garage Owl for your needs. You won't be disappointed.
