EXCELLENT service. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. Loved that he looked at the carpet before jumping in to clean it. Explained what equipment he was bringing into the house and asked to hook it up before doing so. Answered my questions and offered cleaning (or replacement) suggestions. Wonderfully! Jay is a great communicator, punctual and efficient. My carpets look super clean. Jay asked if I wanted the strong solvent deodorizer for the dog urine stains. He did mention the strong odor from the solvent. I said yes! Nothing against First class carpet but the odor is still lingering and I wouldn’t recommend the stronger solvent. It was my choice. Would 100% recommend First Class Carpet. I will tell my friends.

I highly exceptionally rate them as more than qualified for anyone. The carpet was an excellent job. It's so much better after they cleaned it. Price was reasonable. They were very professional and very approachable. They came on time when I needed them. I had a discount with the cleaning for the 2nd time around. This is the highlight of their work, they had an ointment that removed the spot instantly and I was so impressed with it. I had a different cleaner before but they didn't remove the spot that this company did.

Raymond Piñon of First Class Carpet and Upholstery was a first class professional! We were doing a major renovation for a client when we were hit with a tropical storm, which did a number on the basement. Ray returned my call immediately and showed up within the hour (which was on a Sunday). He and his crew worked for several hours on water extraction and placed many dryers throughout the basement, on top and underneath the carpet. He came back three additional times that week to relocate the dryers. Once he was sure the carpet, padding and concrete were sufficiently dry, he treated all areas with and anti microbial spray and deodorizer, the carpet looked and smelled brand new! If First Class Carpet and Upholstery didn’t act as promptly as they had, the carpet would not have been able to be saved and would have cost our client thousands to replace. I have been using them on my own house for years now. Thanks, Ray!

I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. The service I received was professional. The quality of his work was beyond my expectations. My carpet had not been cleaned in a very long time and by the time he finished, the carpet looked like it was new and smelled very fresh.
