ACCUTILE

They arrived on time the first day of the job. Every other day I was told they would arrive at 10 am and if they showed at all they were many hours late. They had to redo the grout on one floor. They lost the template for my granite top but eventually found it. The granite top they installed was not the one I chose, though the owner tried to tell me that it was a different part of the same piece. However the piece I chose was too small for that to be possible. I didn't give them a D rating because they did eventually show up and they did finish the job. The granite I ended up with is the same general color and looks ok. Just not what I chose. I was aggravated from beginning to end and would never hire them again.

it went well, and appeared OK, until milky spots appeared on the granite. The owner was not responsive for a very long time until I ran into him in a local business. When the owner came over to see it, he said it was dirty (it was not). He did send someone to try to fix it, but it is still awful. We got another granite co. to come see it and he said it had not been sealed properly. WE now have to have it looked at by a restorer and try to fix it or replace it entirely.
