?We can?t overstate how lucky we feel in coming across Zee a few years back when looking for rental accommodation. We?ve used countless agents over that period, and the service and overall experience that Zee provided us was second to none. We?ve come across some pretty darn awful agents (don?t get us started!) whose sole objective is to get you into an apartment and print their checks, irrespective of whether it is what you?re looking for/asked for/can afford. We have now just closed on our first NY purchase with much gratitude to Zee?s expertise. We?ve recommended friends since and they are also closing on their purchase shortly. Zee is attentive, patient and never pushy. He is also reliable and always makes time to explain the process (something we needed a lot of help with). You might find it a little overwhelming initially because of the sheer number of apartments you will see (I believe I saw about 10-12 apartments in 2 days), but it is all to understand his clients? likes/dislikes. He understands the market well and appears to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of NYC real estate. We have, and will continue, to use Zee for all our future real estate needs.?
