It took them more time than I expected to get done. It was difficult to get them to return my calls. I would describe them as casual rather than professional. I might look for someone else next time.
Description of Work: They performed diagnosis on my computer to find out why it was running so slow. They solved the problem and installed new anti-virus and anti-spy ware.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY WILLING TO TAKE ON THIS PROJECT WHEN OTHER COMPANIES WOULDN'T. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED ON EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED MY HARD DRIVE AND ADDED SOME NEW PROGRAMS.
