+ -1 moreThey were aggressive in correcting the water damage to our wood floors. They were quick to replace the entire ground floor level, instead of recommending alternatives before replacing the floor, like heating the damaged area. We were told to do this by a company we had hired to stain our floor, and it worked. We did not have to replace the floors nor stain them. We were happy to have pursued a third opinion and not one listed by Angie.
