I tried twice to schedule them as they did good work for me once before. The first time last week they gave me a two hour window and hadn't arrived 1/2 hr after the two hours and I had to leave. I had to call to reschedule even though they said they would call and then no showed all together. The excuse apparently was the only licensed tech they have left the country without telling them. the only reason I am persisting is they have a COI on file with my mgmt office. I'm done must be nice to have so much business
