Description of Work: Lee put in a new lock cylinder into an 80-year old system made of brass (soft and worn). He put in a new cylinder into a combination steel and brass system, even older and more worn. He gave good advice about different levels of security, which helped clarify my thinking about what to get. Very professional and very nice manner. He was responsive and prompt.

+ -1 moreThey did a really terrific job. They are very reliable, responsive, explained what they were doing. They didn't leave a mess. They explained how everything worked before they left. They replace the lock and hardware and I think they did it for a fair price.
Description of Work: I hired them to re-key a lock. I called them back out to address the work of someone else. Major lock repair and two locks replaced.
