I use them every day. I pay $120 a month. The Fios, it drops every once in awhile and it picks up twelve minutes later. I would tell the company to enhance to service to make it work better. They have pretty good responsiveness. There punctuality in there service is good.

technician arrived on time and took the time to find the source of the problem and fixed it. there were wires that were touching wet leaves that caused a short and that messed up the dial tone.

Description of Work: This is the letter I wrote to the Verizon CEO: You have right to know that your customer service is totally lacking in grace, ethics, honesty and good business acumen. You also have the obligation to put the service back into your customer relations. I, at long last, canceled Verizon’s triple package of Internet, phone and TV this morning. Or more to the point, I endeavored to cancel Verizon and was told the cancellation was pending and I could not speed up the process. I rather suspect this is not your final insult. My final bill will charge me for all the days I did not receive service. You want to know what the issues are, there are so many, too many to detail. I will limit myself to the last several weeks, which represent the tip of the iceberg. On December 11, 2012, I called and reported several serious long-term concerns. One concern stemming from the initial installation last May, I actually reported it first at that time. The installer left several mounds of coiled wires on my living room floor. These wires some spliced together with electrical tape others connected with extension cords and all were connected to the power outlet. These were not only unsightly, but they posed a fire hazard and a safety hazard for me. I am profoundly disabled with MS and I was constantly tripping on the wires. The second major issue I reported was the intermittent loss of transmission of my voice of the telephone. It occurred daily that whether I called out or someone called in that the other person could not hear me. I was told on Dec 11th that I would have a call back within 24 hours and a service technician would visit me within another 48 hours to address these issues. I am still waiting for either. I have spent a total of 7 ½ hours on hold over the last 3 days. The most egregious telephone events with Verizon was being told by the Verizon operator that she would put me through to someone who could help me, after being on hold for 15 minutes a voice came back on the line saying, “that number does not seem to be answering so this call will be disconnected” and it was. That scenario happened 4 times. I was hung up on, disconnected, made empty promises that a manager would call in 15 minutes. All promises and projections never happened. At long last my patience and energy were sapped out and I said, “please know that if you do not call me back and give me some service, I am cancelling my agreement with Verizon. “ I tried to do just that and was told that the cancellation department did not work on holidays. Verizon has caused me much stress and anxiety. The phones are my lifelines when I am in distress like falling and not being able to get up. Stress is my worst enemy. Regardless of my condition, every one of your customers deserves the right to customer service. I cannot think how you have stayed in business so long without it. Unfortunately I am also a shareholder and I will see that my financial advisor sells my shares as soon as possible.
