mixed. The technician that came to the home was good and cleaning was thorough. The price was outrageous and over 3x per item of what was quoted to me over the phone (was quoted $130/rug for the rugs taken out, and was then told it was going to be $300/rug when the person came to the house). While the service was ok, it was not worth the price at all and we've paid less for the same rugs with similar service.

This was by far the best service that I have experienced from a provider. He called right away. Scheduled a mutually convenient time. Came within 10 minutes of the time. Assessed the job. Took carpets and brought them back looking like new when he said he would. I highly recommend this company. It was a great experience.

They did a good job. The rugs are really clean. It took a little longer than expected, but I would use them again.

I thought they were great. The carpets came out much better than I expected after a few years of abuse by our 3 children. Although they warned me that some stains may not come out, everything that I asked them to clean, came out without a hitch. They did have to take the runner and the area rug with them and return it to me. Both came out looking and smelling great. I would definitely call them again. Their phone people were professional and very helpful. The technician was a bit hard to understand (being from a foreign country) but all in all the work spoke for itself. I have already recommended them to my brother in law.
