Description of Work: Regular maintenance and odd jobs, including specialized work like plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Very expensive, but fairly responsive. They also have an emergency hotline and if there is a true emergency-- they are on it.

+ -1 moreThey change bulbs, clean gutters, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, basically anything you need. They are very professional and clean. You would never know they were there. They are very repsonsive.
Description of Work: They do all of my odd jobs around my house. I have a contract with them where they come once a month.

+ -1 moreThey showed up when they said they would, did their job, cleaned up afterwards and followed up to make sure we were happy with the work.
Description of Work: The cleaned skylights, replaced a toilet seat, weatherproofed a door and windows, and realigned some antique doors and windows and shored up some of my kitchen cabinets. They are consummate professionals. They are polite, show up when they say they will and are always conscious not to damage anything and to clean up to a degree that their presence is invisible afterwards. They wear booties over their shoes and are very attentive to details. They are a bit pricey, but given their level of professionalism and reliability, I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThey are a very fine company that does home services, home contracting. They are very, very polite. They are very efficient. Their people are nice and highly cooperative. They seem to be an outstanding company with very competent people. I give them an A++ recommendation.
Description of Work: I used Top Hat Home Services twice. I used them the first time a year and a half ago, and then recently. The last job was a small job where they just reset a sliding door. Prior to that, they did some touch-up and repairs in my co-op, and that cost me several thousand dollars.
