TikTok Moving

This is the 2nd time I am using TikTok Moving. I used them 6 months back and I have used them just last week. They are still the best. I liked working with them and so did I this time. This time I had to move, so I gave them a call. I spoke with their manager who was very polite and wanted to give us an estimate upfront so we fixed an appointment the next day. He came down and explained all the details and gave us a good quote. They still maintain their standard. The crew was superfast but also very careful. They loaded everything in just 4 hours. They did a mind blowing job. No problems anywhere!

I am not naive enough to rely on a moving company. But TikTok Moving proved that they’re well worth of relying on. They were simply awesome during my last move. My family and I are no strangers to the stresses of relocation but these guys really made it easier. They don’t charge ridiculous amount which is always a great starting point. The crew of 4 men worked tirelessly in my house and packed everything carefully. I was very impressed by their efficiency level. We received the delivery right on the scheduled date. This was the easiest and most successful relocation of my life. I only have these amazing movers to thank for it.

I have never hired a moving company before and I hired TikTok Moving simply because a friend told me that they’re trying very hard to become number one in town. Their quote seemed quite fair and luckily they stuck to the original quote at the end of the move. The crew was exceptionally skilled and very friendly. They were always cracking jokes while working so efficiently. They packed all my glassware neatly and boxed up all my belongings. Bigger pieces of furniture were carried out with precision and loaded onto the truck very carefully. I was quite impressed seeing their quality of work. None of my boxes went missing and everything was delivered in unharmed condition to my new house. These guys really try harder than the already at top moving companies.

My family has relocated over 15 times over the past 20 years, and have utilized a mix of both long distance and local movers in Chicago and New York City. Our experience with TikTok Movers was the single worst experience we have had throughout those 20 moves. Based on previous reviews on Angie's list, and on my experience working with our representative on the phone with TikTok, I was optimistic that our move would be smooth and without major issues. The quotation process, and even the final invoice, was without any issues. The coordinator showed up for a pre-move walk through on time and presented himself like pro. I liked him very much. The automated email messaging and technology was what i would expect in 2018, and all signs pointed to a trouble free experience. This all changed within minutes of the movers showing up. One of the two movers was combative, threatening, and extremely aggressive towards both my wife and I. I immediately escalated this to the coordinator at TikTok who assured me he would “handle” the situation. The move would go through periods of calm followed quickly by aggression and combativeness. He even treated his fellow mover with disrespect, and in his characteristically threatening manner. The second mover kept to himself, worked hard, but offered no support to us as the customer. Under any other circumstance I would have kicked them out and taken another action, but we were trapped, and the mover knew it. We had 48 hours to get from NYC to Chicago with no room for error. There was no reasoning with him. There was no possibility of a normal conversation. We had no choice but to ensure with every word, question, and direction, to do so carefully and with the knowledge that he could snap at any moment, which he did continuously and throughout the move. From Tiktok’s perspective, they should have pulled him from the move immediately and replaced him, but they did not. They just keep assuring me via mobile phone that they would handle the situation, which they did not. The move itself in regards to packing and protecting our furniture, especially the big screen TVs, and floor lamps, was well short of professional resulting in damage. At one point the movers actually turned the big screen upside down and placed in a box with absolutely no packing or protective materials. When I objected to this, it resulted in the problem mover erupting in another fit of aggression and storming out of the building leaving myself and the other mover to complete the job. I cannot overstate how uncomfortable the entire experience was, how aggressive the mover was, and how TikTok failed us in dealing with the situation. While the initial interaction with Tiktok was great, the moving experience was totally unacceptable, and as such I strongly avoid this company for your move.

The guys arrived on time and did their job and they did it rather fast but carefully. Nothing was damaged when they dropped everything off. Communication was the best thing about my move. No matter what I asked, they always attended to me. I do recommend TikTok Moving for anyone who has to do a long distance move. I paid less than expected and I mean I could not have asked for a better result for my move.

It was a very stress free move, which was completed within the initial quote and scheduled time. I hardly had to monitor them. I was a bit skeptical at first but when they packaged all of our items, I felt more at ease. The guys from TikTok Moving were excellent! They did such a great job and then when they delivered, it went just as smooth as it possibly could be!!!

The movers from TikTok Moving were great and wonderful. Their timing was great and it was very pricing compared to some other companies. It was a really smooth move, actually. Everything arrived in great condition and when they said it would. I have no complaints. I have heard some great things about them from others before hiring them. I think it paid dividends for me!

TikTok Moving was an excellent moving company. We had lot of oversized large pieces of furniture. In addition, we also had a lot of fragile items, antiques and breakables. That’s why we were very worried about our move. But the team of the company was able to safely and quickly relocate us in the same day. We were impressed that there were no damages or scratches. Hiring these guys definitely blurred the blow for me.

Moving business is huge these days and many moving companies provide really good services. But, with that level of efficiency comes at a mind blowing price tag. What separates TikTok Moving from the rest is their price. They charged fairly low for the amazing service they provided during my last interstate relocation. All my valuables were safely and timely moved to my new house. I was very impressed by the movers as they took such great care of my belongings. They didn’t charge anything extra in the end. I am so happy to be able to write this review for them.

I would recommend all my friends and family to do business with TikTok Moving because I know they will be taken care of not just be another number or be taken advantage of. Their customer service was available at all times and responded promptly with questions and concerns. The company worked with sincerity and integrity to bring satisfaction to my concern. I am completely satisfied. They showed up promptly, didn’t damage anything. The move was great, on time and I am happy recommend them to anyone.

My dad changed his job and it was two states away so we needed to move and we got the services of TikTok Moving. Their sales rep was clear what the quote was for. There were no hidden fees. It was also clear what was expected from the movers and from us to prepare for the moves. The pickup and the delivery crews were also great. They worked excellently. All moves are stressful but it worked out fine.

They were very careful with packing and moving the items and offered reasonable, competitive rates. They took their time to make sure nothing broke and everything. Placed everything where I wanted it. If I move again I’ll use them again.

These guys were great! I moved out of my house last month, and TikTok Moving was the one to assist me. They came early, and helped box and move all my furniture on to their truck. I was helped quickly with all my queries. The movers called when they were on their way and they arrived on time at the other side of the move. This other team was extremely polite and professional. They moved all of stuff in quickly without damaging a thing! I would highly recommend this moving company. Plus, prices are great too!

I had an appointment set for today between 9 am and 10 am to get a estimate for my upcoming move. At 10:30 no one had shown up so I called Tiptok to see what happened. I was told they would check and see what happened and would call me back. It is now 7:30 pm and still no call. Thank God they won't be our moving company.

But I was moving during a busy weekend and it was a long wait to find a vacant slot with them. Finally I got an appointment and the movers arrived right on time on the moving day. They efficiently packed up my house within a very short time. They made the delivery on time and all my belongings made it to my new house intact. Their services were absolutely faultless.

I got three movers from TikTok Moving come down to my place to pack the belongings before the moving trailer arrived. The team was fast and efficient under the supervision of their foremen. They completed within the time frame they promised which was the main reason I hired them. The moving quote was quite accurate and differed by only a few dollars more, but this was because I had some extra furniture to be moved. I would certainly recommend these guys!

Most moving companies are ridiculously overpriced. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on moving. After much research and numerous phone calls I hired TikTok Moving. Their estimate seemed the most rational to me. The movers arrived half an hour early on the moving day and got to work immediately. The heavy furniture was a big issue but they carried everything with such ease and efficiency. Their efficiency must have saved me tons of money. The delivery was made on time. They stuck to their original quote which is why I’m writing this review.

I was really impressed with TikTok Moving. They provided me multiple options and a great price quote. The movers were on time. They wrapped and cover items like the contract says they will. They've been quick to get back to me, but have also given me plenty of time to make a decision. From the movers to drivers and each and every one was friendly and efficient. It was an impressive move. I will use them again.

When I found TikTok Moving, they promised to give me a perfect and unbeatable service. And at the end of the move, they performed better than I expected from them. They were neat & clean, polite, educated, skilled and hard workers. They lifted all our belongings and took it to the 4th floor. They did not get tired! I could never truly rely on any moving companies that I had hired in the past. They made my hunch come true by doing sloppy jobs. But finally I found TikTok Moving. They performed just amazingly during my last move. Their quote was spot on, the movers were very capable and everything was very systematic. The best part about this move was the fact that none of my belongings was broken or damaged at the end of the move. My friends are always telling how they have been ripped off by the moving companies they hired. Now I know which company to suggest them.
