All our things were well cared for and they took care to put things in the correct rooms after the move in such a way to make unpacking easier. It was an F. They did not show up. I tried to contact them ahead of time and they confirmed by email saying they would be there between 12-1pm. I attempted to call them 4 times and it was an automated call. I could not get a live rep on the phone. They never called me back, did not show up, no email, nothing.

My previous landlord was such a control freak. She warned me, when I was moving not to damage a small lick of paint in her house. When I called TikTok Moving, they said they would be very careful. They really were very careful. They arrived on time and started packing everything first. They were very thorough. They used a lot of tapes but didn’t charge me extra for it. I did have to pay for the boxes though. When they were carrying everything out, they took extra caution to damage any walls or floors. When all my stuffs were packed and loaded, my landlord came for an inspection and she was in disbelief. I think she really wanted the movers to damage something so she could confiscate my deposit.

I am really happy because TikTok Moving have given the best value of my hard earned money. When I booked them for an office move I had high hopes from them because of their reputation. After much research and review reading on multiple moving companies I chose TikTok Moving. They were responsible, caring and well organized for the entire move. Customer service was also very helpful in addressing all my questions. The guys at pickup were all well informed as to what to do I really didn't have to do much. The delivery was within what I agreed and all my stuff was still in good condition. I would definitely recommend these guys.

It is almost impossible to find good services for cheap these days. But TikTok Moving still gives you really good value for the money you pay them. The movers pack everything into boxes as if packing is their passion. They carry huge pieces of furniture like they carry their wives. None of belongings are less important to them. Everything receives the same amount of attention and care. They were punctual, both during arrival and delivery. I know all this because they made my last move absolutely perfect and charged me too little for it.

I had an excellent moving experience with this company. The delivery people were so very nice and accommodating! I had a very small window of opportunity to receive my furniture and the delivery staff twisted themselves inside out to be accommodating. The first day there were five men as per the contract I signed. They worked pretty fast and got everything on the truck quickly and took it to the storage unit. On the second day only three men came, instead of the promised five. The work went much slower and they seemed to have a lot more difficulty. They took the door off the guestroom to get some furniture out of the room, and I later saw that the door was gone--totally gone from the house. I called their office several times and they insisted they did not take the door out of the house. I can't believe them because there was no one else there and the door couldn't move by itself. At the closing on my house I had to pay the purchaser for the cost of a new door. In addition, I found severe damage to three pieces of furniture that they moved to my apartment. If they had sent five men, as they had agreed to, maybe these problems would not have happened. I thought they should have made an adjustment on my bill, but they did not. I'm sorry for the negative review but I am very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them.

Long Distance Moving was never supposed to be easy. But, with some kind of divine intervention, the movers from TikTok Moving made it happen without a single issue. They handled the move with efficiency, capability and organization. The movers were completely in-sync with each other and it only enhanced their efficiency. They carried huge pieces of my furniture quite effortlessly. The company has a good fleet of truck. So that was definitely a plus point. They delivered everything 3 days later and each item was completely unharmed. I just couldn’t believe it!
