TikTok Moving is one of the best movers in the country. I had used them out of my friend’s suggestion a week ago. He had used them multiple times and he was telling me to go for them for the best moving experience. I went by his suggestion and now I’m totally glad that I did. They were incredible. I had never worked with better movers in my life. The movers were really good at everything. Their overall performance was so good. I liked their company policies and work ethics. They never gave me a reason to complain. I was more than satisfied with the entire experience.

I highly recommend this company they do work with you very attentively and they are very professional. The movers arrived on time and at that too one the same time as scheduled. I called and left messages at several different places, TikTok Moving was the only moving company that returned my call in a timely manner. The other moving companies didn't even return my calls. This moving company was very professional. The person that answered the phone was very helpful. All the way down to the movers, this moving company went up and beyond my expectations. They were very careful with my belongings and worked fast. I was nervous and stressed out about our move. I didn’t want to hire a moving company because of the extra cost but I found TikTok Moving to be very reasonable. I am so glad I hired this amazing moving service.

Don't be fooled by all the A reviews! The reviews on Angie's for Tik Tok are fake. They all use the same syntax and writing style which should have been my first warning. Honestly, this was a simple and easy move but they managed to screw up every detail. All my items were pre-staged in a garage, already boxed and furniture was blank wrapped by a previous mover except for a desk and one book case. All they had to do was back up a truck and load directly onto a truck. Somehow the office mixed up the account so I never got contacted and the moving truck just showed up unexpectedly. Manny had the nerve to get mad at us for not being here and making them wait 30 minutes. They insisted on getting a new credit card because the one they had wasn't working. They also wanted the card number for a 20% tip!! Once I got on the phone with the office (Ricky), the credit card on file suddenly worked. I haven't seen this type of pressure tactic outside of Times Square. When it was all delivered, they again wanted a 20% tip. Sorry, I'm not giving you $280 to put things from my garage directly into your truck. Since they didn't bother to blanket wrap the desk and bookcase, they were delivered with new damage. This was the only thing they had to wrap/box. If I had a lot of unprotected items, the cumulative damage would have scaled with each item. Stay away from these guys. They will prey on naive or inexperienced customers. UPDATE: One box was opened and re-taped shut and a $30 dollar jar of change was taken from it. Hope it was worth the negative review!
