The movers stole cash from the jacket pocket of a friend who came to help me move. Then they denied it and the company refused to be responsible for their own employees' misconduct. They damaged the floor of my living room by scraping heavily on it, and damaged the humidifier on my piano. They said they were piano movers but they did not appear to understand how piano can be damaged, at one point throwing heavy objects on the truck next to the piano. They also insisted on laying the piano down on the truck even after I told them there is water in the humidifier.
