Words are not enough to praise TikTok Moving. This company was just amazing when I hired them to move our belongings last week. They quoted very reasonably and that’s why we hired them. But they gave us real value for that money. The movers were all very strong and efficient. The entire move went very smoothly without any problems. The delivery was made right on time and nothing was damaged.

Their sales rep was very helpful; he was always ready to answer my calls and made sure I get the best deal. The foreman and his team showed up on time, did the packing without a hitch, loaded everything nicely and moved all my valuables in one piece and without any damage. I do have plenty of reasons to recommend this company to others.

Last week I moved to another house in VA with my family. I used TikTok Moving for that purpose. I was hoping to have a good move but they provided me a great move. They not only packed and moved all my belongings perfectly and before the deadline time. They were quite affordable as well. So I would suggest people to use them if you want an affordable and trouble free move.

They took such great care of my belongings. They wrapped everything so carefully; everything was intact at the end. These people were awesome, very friendly, helpful, efficient, positive, and above all very professional! I am a demanding customer and do not give five stars lightly but these movers are that good. You deserve more than five stars. If I need to move again, I will call you for sure.

Most moving companies are just rip-offs. On the other hand, TikTok Moving is very different. They were efficient, and didn't complain no matter how heavy the items were - they just worked. They showed up on time and packed up everything very fast. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. The whole moving-loading process took a very short time and then they set off. The truck pulled up at my new house right on schedule and all my valuables were safe. I appreciated how professional, courteous, and kind they were. I will use them again.

The guys from TikTok Moving are simply excellent. The pricing is up front with no hidden fees or surprises on moving day. They showed up exactly on time and worked almost non-stop until the move was done that afternoon. They were well dressed, well equipped and very polite. Everything was wonderful with TikTok Moving. They were very careful with packaging everything, bringing them up to where I live now and unpacking them for me. They were very responsible with my belongings. On top of everything, I was charged the exact amount I was quoted at the beginning of the move. The best part for me was that they packed and wrapped all my valuable and rare items with great care. The double wrapped many items and used pads, covers, blankets and pillows to protect the items. The boxes and furniture were systematically loaded onto the truck. It took four men such a short time to finish the job. I was worried sick for this move as I have never relocated before. But I really had nothing to worry about given these guys was handling my move.

After receiving a job transfer out of state with only one week to pack the house, this moving company came to the rescue. The staff was helpful and arrived on the scheduled time. The movers were considerate and patient throughout. All items were packed and labeled; delivery to the home was on time, unpacked and placed in proper rooms at new home. It became very clear to me that this company and its employees genuinely cared about helping my family move and I couldn't have asked for them to do a better job. They were in and out of the house in no time. It was obvious that they had quite a bit of experience. Highly recommended for moving purposes.

TikTok Moving were fantastic. The moving team showed up early with a huge new truck with extra boxes, tape, and supplies. The most impressive thing about these guys was their attitude. It was a great move and made more enjoyable because of the great attitude. The move was fast and the boxes were put exactly where we needed. These are the only movers I am going to use from now on.

DO NOT USE. Terrible service, hidden fees, and in the end everything moved was broken and damaged. I repeat - DO NOT USE.

When we decided to move into our new home, my wife insisted me to hire professional movers. Actually she was worried about our furniture. One of my friends suggested me to hire TikTok Moving. After talking to them I thought they are very knowledgeable and professional. They quoted me very low. So I didn't hesitate to go with them. During our move they were on time and took extra care of our furniture. All our furniture arrived completely unharmed. My wife was very happy so that she offered them lunch. If we move again we would definitely use them again.

They did not complete the move even though they knew what items I had and what disassembly was required. They quoted me to move these items then said they could not.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shoddy performance. Rough. Immoral (read on for an appalling quote from their customer service representative). Do not use this company. (1) This company absolutely mishandled and tossed around my furniture. As an example, stacked "fragile // this way up" picture boxes were thrown into storage on top of sharp upended side tables - the legs of the tables stabbing through the fragile boxes. Boxes were not treated as fragile, and "this end up" meant nothing to these movers. (2) As a woman, I was ignored as I asked them to please be careful of my stuff, for the majority of the time. If you are a woman, do not use this company. They did, however, respond to my boyfriend when he stepped in (but not enough to not toss around my furniture and break several items in the process of putting it into storage). (3) When I called Ricky who manages the company's teams, and I explained how poorly the move had been handled (especially because some things had come off my truck from Houston already damaged, and the damage had been made worse by the TikTok movers), how the furniture and fragile items were haphazardly thrown around and things were further damaged, he became EXTREMELY aggressive. When I said I would write a bad review on Yelp (after he denied all blame for anything, and threatened to SUE me for considering stopping charges on my credit card through my credit card company as recourse), he said, AND I QUOTE, "You're a doctor, right? If you write a bad review about us, I'll just write a bad review about you." READ THAT AGAIN. I cannot believe anyone would be that immoral, and threaten me and my profession like that. Not to mention that would be libel and cause for a true lawsuit. Incredibly immoral. Shoddy performance. Rough. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Don't let what happened to me and my stuff happen to you and your stuff. PS - Given my post-move interaction with this company and their "customer service", I won't get even part of my money back for the move, let alone the damaged furniture. They rushed to have me sign paperwork at the start of the project that said I didn't have any coverage and they weren't at all liable for any damage - things had "come in damaged," and for the entire move they used that as an excuse to cause more damage. And then I was threatened. I should never never have used this company.

A team of three professional movers arrived within 10 minutes of their promised time. They evaluated what needed to be moved and quickly went about their task. I paid extra to have them pack some televisions - which they did carefully. They also checked my packing to make sure the stuff could withstand the move. While I hired them for three hours, they completed their task in two hours - and they took no short cuts. I especially appreciated that they were most careful with my belongings.
