Please, please, please read this review before you decide to hire this company. My experience started with the movers arriving an hour after the scheduled time slot. From there, a ton of damage was done to my property. There is a hole in my (brand new) carpet, dents throughout my ceiling, scrapes in the pain on the walls, a gash in one wall about 2 inches by a half I wide down to the wallboard, scratched furniture, scraped and dented corners on my walls, and a piece of furniture that was broken to the point where it had to be thrown out. (There are photos on my yelp review if you would like to investigate further.) After a week of attempting to contact this company about getting the carpet fixed (I wasn’t even asking for any kind of recompense for the rest of the damage), they finally designed to call me. After being spoken down to and talked to in Circles, they eventually told me too bad. Apparently I was supposed to take out my own insurance on the move, which no one told me in advance. It seems conniving and wrong that a company wouldn’t provide their own insurance. All of this after being nickeled and dimed in the payment. My advice- if you value your property find one of the many, many other moving companies out there. At the very least, find one that has the courtesy to respond to you in less than a week of daily emails. There are companies out there who take pride in their work, this is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and aggravation that I went through.
