I found out about TikTik while browsing here on Angie's List and finding a deal ($490 for 3 movers for 5 hours). I called about the deal and the Customer Service Rep let me know that the deal wouldn't be a good fit as my move would take longer than the deal was good for. We were moving from a 4th floor walk-up to an elevator building. We had quite a bit of stuff as I had lived in the apartment for 9 years. The movers actually showed up 10 minutes early which was great. They were courteous and worked hard, quickly, and efficiently. From the time they arrived at the move-out location to the time they left the move-in apartment was nearly 5 hours exactly (which I thought would have fit into the coupon I originally requested). We found there to be some damage to just a few items, as well, but we listed them upon checkout and I spoke with Customer Service 2 days later. I knew I had signed the insurance release, but I felt that 2 of the damaged items (bookcase/shelves) could have been wrapped to avoid the damage. The Customer Service Rep was very professional and accommodating and agreed to give a refund of an agreed upon amount, so everything was settled quickly. I understand that it is hard to gauge how long a move will take and I get that items will get damaged in a move, so I very much appreciated the quick responses I received from the TikTok team and their willingness to work everything out. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, both from the office and from the movers. The one thing I recommend is to make sure they wrap all of the furniture, including the shelves that are taken off of bookcases. Should I need NYC moving services again in the future, I would look into using TikTok again. Thanks!

Bottom line: the workers are ok, but the office is terrible. OK cheap option for very small jobs but do not use for anything larger than that. I applied the $490 offer because this seemed most economical. I knew it would take longer than the 5 hours but was ok paying the hourly rate for additional time. I explained to the office the amount of items that needed to be moved, but I now realize it is a mistake not to have a company to an onsite visit and give a fixed price. This was a relatively small job, but the workers acted like it was the largest job they had ever seen. They were professional and hard working, but seemed exhausted, dejected and angry the entire time - apparently, they get paid a fixed rate regardless of the extra hours. And I had told the office I had a piano but they neglected to tell the workers that, making it much harder on them. They told me I had to call the office because the job was going to take too long, and the office was rude and unpleasant to deal with. It ended up taking 10 hours (with my help for much of the time), and they didn't even finish the job - I had to do a full SUV load the next day.

They were late. they got lost. of the guys did not do any work in taking things out of the house. then 1 of the guys did not participate in moving the stuff in to the new location. 1 item was damaged and broken and they proceeded to say that it was already that way before the move. I just did not want to deal with the arguing and let it go. in the end, it cost me more then was quoted originally.

The movers heavily damaged many of my items and lost/ stole others. I would not hire them again.

We are very pleased with the "moving" services we received from TikTok, Inc. The crew has a very good team work and they are all very efficient, polite, professional and conscientious. The crew also appears to find pleasure in doing the challenging work of moving/lifting heavy furniture. It felt great hearing them laugh and seeing them happily working together as they manage to move and fit extra-large furniture in tight spaces. My husband & I will definitely recommend them to friends and family members. Thanks to TikTok, Inc. for allowing us to experience a stress-free move. Thanks also to Ricky (Customer Service) for his exceptional work in doing the arrangements and follow-up.

TikTok Moving went above and beyond for my moving experience to be easy and relaxed. Starting from their service rep Tom, he was very professional and organized. I love TikTok's customer service they have a group of wonderful professionals. Every time I needed to speak to someone there was someone always available or they had someone get back to me in less than 5 mins. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other moving companies I contacted. Booking a one bedroom apartment from NYC to NJ saved me a total of $500 with TikTok. The movers arrived during the time frame that was provided in our agreement and worked very diligently. In my experience everything about this company is fantastic. I had all my items moved and everything was in great condition. If anyone is looking for a honest moving company, I would recommend giving these guys a call. They are Amazing !

What can I say about TikTok moving & Storage. These movers are the best I seen so far, fast is an under statement for them. I moved from Long Island to the city, both building had time restrictions. So that means they had to be done before 5 pm. And they finished by 4 pm that wasn't an easy task. The sales rep Mike was so helpful, he called us a few times to make sure everything was going good and we had some extra items they didn't even charge us for them. Overall this was the best experience I had with an moving company. Will be using again!!

The crew was excellent and the move was accomplished with minimum damage, despite having a lot of furniture and breakables to pack and move, including three big armoires. The crew worked hard and long, and stopped only when the job was done. In addition to their excellent work ethic and positive attitudes, the men were always polite and well-mannered. This was very important to us as they were in our home handling our things and we felt that they were making a conscious effort to take excellent care of everything. We can highly recommend the service.

We were very happy with here services. The customer service was great, they stayed in touch with us during the move. The movers names were Nelson and Manuel. The price was great.
