Description of Work: First, Frank came to our apartment to do an assessment of the regrout of our bathroom. He reviewed the state of the tilework and told us in detail what his workmen would be doing, including caulking around the tub. | |On the date of the appointment, two of his workmen (Todd and another man whose name I can't recall right now) came precisely at 9:00 AM and didn't finish until close to 9:30 PM. They did a thorough cleaning of all of the tiles and a complete regrouting job. They also caulked around the tub and the sink. The only negative parts were that one of their tools briefly slipped and it accidentally took off a bit of paint on one wall, and we had to remove some extra caulk that had gotten on the shower tiles.

+ -1 moreI called The Grout Man for a quote to clean and seal the grout in my kitchen that had not been touched in 10 years when it was first installed. Fran gave me a quote which Was very reasonable and we set a date for the job. When he showed up to do the work, he realized the job was more time intensive than first thought, and HE still HONORED HIS QUOTE. When I came home to see the room halfway done and seeing how beautiful the floor looked I waned 2 more roomes done. Frank and Todd came back the following day and did the other 2 rooms and made them all look as good as they did the day they were installed if not BETTER. Frank and Todd showed up right on time as promised. The work was beautiful, and the whole process was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend The Grout Man and use them for any job.
