+ -1 moreI work for a management company. One of our owners requested a second price from our regular AC company to replace 2 indoor/outdoor units. Peter, knowing this could be just an exercise and not a real job took the time to get the details. The conversation was not rushed and he was very informative. About 1/2 later he called inquiring if the units were on the roof as he had used google maps to view the property. In a day I got a detailed quote and forwarded to the owner. I would highly recommend them. PS: He got the job! We have not done the install yet.

Description of Work: Peter did a phenomenal job and I was so impressed with his detailed advice and quick response. I requested advice about the placement of a neighbor’s AC units, and he got in touch immediately. Free of charge, he talked me through all of the various issues associated with the placement of the units, and gave me a number of different recourse options. He was incredibly professional, patient and knowledgeable, and I would hire him for any job in a heartbeat.

+ -1 moreThey are honestly really good. The owner of the company is very responsive. Their technicians are very thorough. They get the job done properly. One of their main technicians is really passionate for his work.
Description of Work: Last service was October. They were in my building in a while. We used them 3-4 months prior to that and we're gonna be using them again next month. They changed filter throughout the apartment, for HVAC the cleaned the coils, they make sure the valves are operating correctly.

+ -1 moreEven though his company doesn't service wall air conditioners, Peter was kind enough to call me anyway and give me an idea on how to fix my unit by turning off the circuit breaker for a couple of hours. Although it turns out the problem was more serious (the compressor had broken down), I am very impressed by Peter's helpfulness and professionalism, and his willingness to take time out of his busy day when he had nothing to gain financially. I wish every business was as altruistic as The Fresh Air Company and I highly recommend them to anyone who values honesty and integrity.
Description of Work: I needed servicing on a wall air conditioner, but the company only services central air conditioners.

+ -1 moreThe experience is fine. When you call they are well set up in terms of scheduling. Everything is done online. We are made aware that they're gonna come in. They respond and get it fixed. Pricing is very fair. Very happy. I would recommend.
Description of Work: We continuously use them. They do maintenance on our units in 3 or 4 locations. They've been doing that for 5-7 years, maybe more than that. They come every month. They also did new installation.
