+ -1 moreThe Air Tech guy said, "Look there is some rattling in your system." I asked them to come out and check it. They explained to me what was the issue. It wasn't an issue, it's just the way the system is. He said the system is fine. It's not a big noise. So, they checked it out, it sounded like the things were shaking, but it was really the air motor creating the noise because of the negative air pressure. So he explained to me what was the issue and he said it's not an issue. I signed a service contract with them, that's how confident I was in them.
Description of Work: They came out and did a furnace check for me.

+ -1 moreWe went with them because they were recommended to us by a friend. They had great availability, they were able to come out in 2 or 3 days. Two technicians came out for the service and they finished in less than two hours. They were also very friendly and nice.
