He did two trees for me. He is very good. He gave me a good price. He seems to give good prices in the winter.

They arrived earlier than expected and got right to work. They worked in 2 crews-cutters and grinders. All work was completed within 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job cleaning up, you wouldn't know that they were there.

Unfortunately after having made the job appointment it was all down hill from there. We were promised a call back with the appointment time window and never received one. We called the office number and owner's cell phone several times for the time window and confirmation of the job date. We were told we could expect the crew and owner in the morning of the date they had given us. We were also told they would reconfirm the date and time again. We didn't hear from them and called them several times. Each time we called the office they didn't seem to know what job we were talking about and kept asking for the individual's name who had given us the estimate and work date. Against our better judgement we kept the confirmed appointment date. They did change the arrival time four times. It kept getting later and later in the day. At 7:30 the night before, we received a call from the office saying they wouldn't be arriving until after lunch. When questioned as to what time and quot;after lunchand quot; was, we were told 12:PM. This time came and went. At 1:PM we called the owner's cell phone and were told they wouldn't be arriving until 3:PM or 4:PM. At this point we told them to cancel it. A very poor experience from start to finish. We would not recommend this company.

They were excellent. They were able to remove 12 trees in 1 day. The grinding of the soil was satisfactory as well. They have all of the proper equipment for large trees as all of mine were primarily 6 stories tall. Since all of my trees were near together, he gave me a great price. They were precise when cutting the limbs and they fell exactly where they wanted them to fall. He had a large crew and the people that did the cutting were highly skilled.
