I called up and spoke to a representative who took down my information and said that the sales people would call me back. After a week of no response I called again, sometimes phone numbers are misplaced, etc. The two people I spoke to seemed shocked that no one called me back. They took down my information again and said someone would call me back. It's been several weeks and I never heard back from them. I've hired another company.

I spoke to him and he said he would get back to me and then I never heard from him.

Excellent from start to finish. They got back to me quickly, provided a detailed quote and worked within a very tight time frame.

I came home to find the glass partition on my front door had been smashed. The door was pretty old and I knew the whole thing would need replacing. I called Sunny Windows and they were very helpful. They came to put up something temporary to close up the holes left by the broken glass to make it safe. They got back to me quickly when I called, answered all my questions, gave me lots of options, and worked around my schedule. I liked that I was not only e-mailed a catalogue with a large selection of door styles from which to choose but I was also given several addresses of past clients so that I could see the company's finished work in person. The door was installed and it was exactly what I wanted. The workers were prompt, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. I was actually surprised at their attention to detail when finishing the door. I would definitely use them again.

THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN THEY WERE WORKING. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY FIXED IT FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. IT WAS A VERY SMALL JOB, AND THEY MANAGED TO WORK ME INTO THE SCHEDULE.
