Sullivan Locksmith

It started when I locked myself out of my apartment. After a number of dumb decisions involving two other locksmiths, I asked for a reference at the local hardware store. The manager said without hesitation, Sullivan Locksmith. So I walked a few short blocks away and spoke with the father of the locksmith. The father raved about his son's skills and reasonable prices. Well, the father was right. His son, Arthur, owns Sullivan Locksmith. I called and he came over in 15 minutes and spent the next 45 minutes fixing one lock and installing the other. Arthur was efficient, explained things when I asked, mannered and friendly. He's also learned and we had a very wide ranging conversations in which I learned somethings beyond locks. Finally, he charged a bit more than the other two locksmiths, but they stayed 5 minutes and 15 minutes, respectively, compared to Arthur's 45 minutes. Plus, he installed a new cylinder and a new lock; the other guys provided only service. It's now some days later and the locks work smoothly and turn easily. By the way, everyone should have a locksmith's number in their wallet or cell phone in case of they lock themselves out. Sullivan Locksmith is in my wallet and my cell phone.
