After three months of use, the unit was not working properly. I took it back to the store for a replacement. I spoke to a manager, which was an alright type of person. However, she passed me onto a salesperson to handle it. The employees really gave me a hard time as it was a very unpleasant experience. The store no longer carried my unit, but they were willing to sell me a different one for an additional $20 out of my pocket. I was not too thrilled with this as I had paid for a replacement contract. Reluctantly, they replaced the unit with a similar product at no additional charge. Prior to purchasing a unit such as this, I searched the neighborhood to receive the best pricing. I do not intend to shop at this store again. The cost was $90 for the unit and $15 for the added contract.

Staples is pretty good. Their prices on computers are fair I in my opinion. It may depend who you talk to how much advice you will get. My computer purchasing process there was a success though and I would say they are a good business to buy a computer from in general.

I had no problems with Staples. I did my homework and I did the work myself. I knew what I wanted and I found it and got the computer that met my needs. The sales people there can be iffy. Sometimes you get someone good. Others you get people who are not that computer savvy. I did well because I did my own homework. However, the purchase of my computer was smooth and I was satisfied. I also liked the price I paid. You could not beat that.

I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR CERTAIN PROBLEMS. WHEN THEY FIXED THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM, THEY NEVER ADVISED ME THAT THIS COULD OCCUR AGAIN IN A FEW MONTHS. THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN IN FIVE MONTHS.
