+ -1 moreI was extremely satisfied with the work he did for us. We knew by his report that things were ready for the sale and proceeded to get the appraisers out to finally set a value. I wouldn't hesitate in referring this gentleman and his service, as his price is good and he is very friendly and answers questions very well.
Description of Work: We had to leave our old home but before we did we called Housemasters in to do a final inspection to see if there was anything in need of correction before the appraisers were to come out and set a value. Sergio Angione came out within the week and spent about 2 hours, completing a very detailed inspection and ensuring that everything was in good working order. After he finished he gave me a comprehensive report on every aspect of my house, right down to the insulation in the floor boards.
