+ -1 moreI live in an urban area. I have found that it is hard to first, get places to come to you. Most companies require you to bring the machine to them. This company will come to you. They said that for seventy seven dollars I could bring it to them but they would come to me for ninety nine dollars. I said that because I do not drive, they could come to me. I found this company especially unique. The repairman really took the time to explain the machine to me. He knew what he was doing and was very helpful. They booked me for an appointment the same day I called also. Now that is good for companies in this area. I must admit that I found the price to be frightening at first. Realistically, however, if I was to compare it to other companies, it probably would not be that far off base.
Description of Work: I have a Brother Printer. I jammed an ink cartridge in the machine and could not get it out. I called Brother. They referred me to this unique business. They came to my home for ninety nine dollars. For that amount of money, they got the jammed cartridge out, replaced the other four cartridges on this machine, cleaned the printer head and provided me with what I will call unusually helpful information pertaining to how I can use the machine most effectively.
