+ -1 moreMany businesses are guilty of putting their customers or potential customers on hold while they attend to other matters. Nevertheless, a company that shows so clearly that the customer's wishes or requirements are of such little interest or importance that they are ignored once the telephone contact is made, is not likely to provide a happy business relationship once it is hired.
Description of Work: I called this company to arrange to have them clean several air ducts in my house. I was put on hold, then waited for more than five minutes without a response. I hung up.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE, BECAUSE THEY OFFER THE DUCT CLEANING. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE MORE TRANSPARENT THAN THE LAST COMPANY WE DEALT WITH.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED ALL OF OUR AIR DUCTS.
