+ -1 moreThe main monitor stopped receiving a signal from the PC. So, Solomon opened up the tower and pressed down on the graphics card and the monitor started working. Additionally, I had some error messages that wouldn't go away and he took care of that too. He was very patient, and took care to answer any questions I had.

+ -1 moreMy experience was wonderful. My buisiness laptop was hacked and was down for 2 days. A friend suggested SG technology I called a tech. The person was professional and knowledgeable Solomon fixed my computer in a few hours I was very pleased with the results. My computer has not gotten jacked again and runs perfectly!

Professional - arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and took me through what was needed. I actually had to leave my house and purchase some new gadgets and he counseled me on which store offers the best price. Most important, he spoke to me in language I could understand.
