+ -1 morei purchased a 72 inch samsung projection screen television just 3 years ago about 4 days ago the picture was very dark, 2 days later the television doesnt even turn on any more!!! i called samsung themselves they want $115 just to come to my home and another $150 to fix the problem!!! when i spoke to customer service they told me that it was a very common problem!!!! a common problem are they kidding for the amount that i spent on the television and it is only a 3 year old television to begin with!!! they should be coming to my home and fixing the problem for nothing i am not happy with their product nor am i happy with their customer service!!!! i dont feel that after spending $5000 on a television set that it should brake in 3 years!!!!! i will never ever buy another samsung product again i am forced to report this to the BBB and consumer affairs!!! this company does not stand buy their product in any way shape or form!!!! now i am out a television set and have to buy another i am not happy about this at all and my over all experience with this company has not been a good one stay with american products i know that i will from now on
