Roadway Moving

Just used Roadway Moving to move within NYC and the experience was first class. I used them last year to move across the country and had such a great experience, I booked them again. Their teams are professional, efficient and extremely careful with your belongings. They safely moved all of our valuables and even our large plants with ease. Other moving companies I’ve used in the past cannot even compare. I recommend Roadway to everyone!

Moving with Roadway was impressive. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. From sending me the boxes to pack to follow up after the move to ensure everything had been done well. It is my second time moving with Roadway and it was a pleasure. I would do it again without any doubts.

The service was impeccable. Roadway moved me from Manhattan to Brooklyn & I didn’t have to lift a finger. The crew was so efficient, friendly & fun!! The care they took for our millions of plants was exceptional - moving with a jungle can be stressful, iykyk, but this move was everything but that. Roadway did our packing and move across the city in NYC. They did an amazing job packing everything so fast but also so neatly and carefully. Everything arrived in pristine condition! Their service is also excellent - they’re really responsive at the planning stage and the movers are super friendly and flexible. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Roadway helped me move out of my 3rd floor walk up and they did such an amazing job! They even moved my marble table and made sure nothing was damaged or cracked in the process and did it so quickly! Highly recommend, I would give them 6/5 stars if I could.

They did such a great job helping me move! Extremely professional, fast and I had a lot of expensive large furniture. The team came on time wrapped everything up in blankets and took away a lot of the garbage left over. Truly the easiest moving process ever.

Roadway Moving was an absolute dream to work with. I had to make an unexpected move out of my place, and even though I was moving somewhere bigger and better, the change was still so jarring. They were extremely helpful, clear, and communicative from the moment that we agreed to work together. We were assigned a delivery coordinator to help keep up up to date on the move and so we felt well-taken care of and updated the whole time. Genuinely the best, most efficient, most professional moving company I have ever worked with. I recently moved from New York City to Dallas, and not only was the move more affordable than any other quotes I received, but they single-handedly wrapped every single dish and item that I had and insured the safety of every piece for the cross state move. I did the pack for you package and it is exactly as it sounds, I did not have to do a thing. They dissembled my furniture and reassembled it perfectly when I got to Dallas AND not one thing was missing or broken upon arrival. PLUS it got to me in days of being packed and my moving specialist updated me throughout the entire process. The movers were SO kind, so professional and super accommodating throughout the entire process. 20/10 would recommend. Moving is so incredibly stressful typically but Roadway truly took all the stress away and took care of it all.

Roadway Moving (subcontracted by Northeastern Movers) lost 100 of my Client's 130 boxes in a move from NYC to MN last year!! Can you even imagine receiving the news that ¾ of your valuables, heirlooms, and memorabilia--including those of your recently deceased husband--are missing because a company you hired, paid, and trusted amazingly LOST an ENTIRE CRATE of boxes? It’s heartbreaking and frustrating and financially devastating! We remain ready and willing to resolve this matter, and they have ignored our recent pleas for fair reimbursement. Moving is an incredibly stressful and costly process anyway, but this takes the cake. Please consider this in choosing your mover!

Amazing movers! Used Roadway recently when helping my company (Japan Crate / Bokksu) move our NYC HQ across Manhattan. Apartments are difficult enough, but Roadway was able to pack up a 7,500sq foot office and transport everything in perfect condition to our new space same-day — including organizing boxes, dissembling furniture, and safely securing a lot of electronics. A friend recommended them to me, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends too.
