+ -1 moreThey were prompt. They were very accommodating about the time and date; they came on a Sunday, and the price was very reasonable. They were terrific, and I had used them twice already.
Description of Work: Realtech Solutions connected the computer and put all the old files from the computer that I was getting rid off to a disk.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with Realtech Computer Services. He said the hard drive was burned out and it was not repairable so I had to buy a new hard drive. He then transferred all my data from my old hard drive to the new one. He took only about a week to recover everything.
Description of Work: I used Realtech Computer Services when my computer died on me. I took my hard drive in and he managed to save everything.
