 + -1 moreI was very disappointed and would not recommend anyone else use this company. The communication skills were lacking and it took a phone call, a home visit and a visit to his shop to ever get an "estimate." When I became upset about the $50 charge, he told me that to do the work I requested, it would cost closer to $200. I spoke with him no less than three times and fully explained the work I was looking for. The patch job that he did was very low quality.
Description of Work: After having Rafael to my home to look at six chairs for refinishing, I took one to his shop to get an estimate and have a small portion of a leg done as a sample of the finish. When I went to pick up the chair, he had patched and painted areas, unacceptably and without my direction and then wanted to charge me $50.00 for the "work."

 + -1 moreProfessional in home evaluation, price was the agreed upon estimate, but I felt if I had dickered a bit, it might have been a little less expensive. Overall, not so outrageous considering pickup and delivery included.
Description of Work: Reconstructed one chair which had broken and actually splintered. I didn't think it could be repaired, but I wanted estimate, as it belonged to a great aunt and my mother. Also tightened joints in a second armchair of the same set. The set is about 70yrs old and hopefully will last another 70yrs.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE TABLE LEGS MATCH THE REST OF THE TABLE PERFECTLY. THEY FINISHED THE WORK IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE ABOUT AVERAGE ON PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE LEGS ON TWO OF MY COFFEE TABLES.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. WE USE THEM WHENEVER WE NEED SOMETHING DONE TO A PIECE OF FURNITURE. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB IN REPAIRING THE CHAIR AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS OUTSTANDING, BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE THE TABLE IS STRONGER THAN BEFORE.
