Quality Cleaning Company

They confirmed online that they would be coming on Memorial Day, which was the date first date I selected. No one showed that morning so I called and the owner apologized profusely and said that they had a new system in place for setting up appointments. I had to take a day off from work, which I was not happy about. However, the owner said she would drop the ladies off. Carmen and Yvonne did a fantastic job. They were very professional and dedicated to their craft. I would use them again, however, I would make sure to reconfirm the appointment.

I had a 16 hour house clean. I did not want to burn one person out in a two day job.So I chose the option of four people for four hours in one day. Quality cleaning could only accommodate me with three people on the day I chose. Cool! I was proactive in the work. I would not want to cause anyone to work harder than I would like to work. Work smart and not hard. Put on the music of your teams choice. We had a great time working to the beat of Latin music. Have cold water ready to keep yourself and others cool! When you plan to organize an area, make sure that you have the proper equipment to do so. i.e. bins, clothing rack - match your suits, hefty bag and barrels for papers and books that way it is easy on you and the people that help you ( figure it all out) wto put winter - summer spring- shirts-shoes coats. ( We brought everything out into the living room and rocked! Ceiling fans on so it was cool for all. (It was the 90 degree day!) That way you can either keep them in bins or even bag and label them. This is a must when you plan on putting things in storage. I used 71 gallon size bins. I also used heavy duty hefty bags for coats and suits place them in the bag flat for easy transport and space saving; to be later dry cleaned and then (hung up on a rack to prevent wrinkling again. You can always sort your paper ( Get a neat machine and scan them into your computer) and throw the rest away or put them in large binders that are labeled along with plastic slips for the pages (plastic see through slips already has holes for the binder. You can see your important documents. Books? I have books from college - how about donating them to better world books? You can get a free mailing slip and you are helping people in places that can't afford books. The experience concludes where I have another four hours to work with one person...mmm clean and organize the pantry closet. lady clean the bathroom and theher lady cleaned the kitchen. The ladies were very very nice... and I found them to be trustworthy.. they are bonded. Working such a short span of time was easy on me and the team as well. It went so well that there was time for one lady tie up the loose ends in the room, one lady cleaned the bathroom and the other lady cleaned the kitchen. Everyone was HAPPY and we got the job DONE!Thank you Quality Cleaning will set up the next appointment with you for the last lady to come and clean the pantry. I plan to use this company again and highly recommend them! I am bad with names but they were all wonderful! God bless you all!

It was a decent first time with this company... My apartment is clean. I explained and showed them everything that needed to be done and it was completed. I will be using this company again, but I will ask for the cleaners that come to be able to speak english, because that is my language and I want them to understand what I am saying without hand gestures and translations from another cleaner (that added too much time on and was frustrating to me). Everyone I have dealt with so far has been very nice and professional.

There were several problems with communication with this provider. While they say they use whatever time is necessary to do the cleaning,they told me (when the cleaners were already there) that they estimated it would take 3 hours based on square footage and that was how long the cleaners would be there. My apartment is old, and needed a lot of work, but I wouldn't say it was in extremely bad condition. They argued with me about the size of the apartment on the phone. To their credit, they ultimately said they would work as long as necessary-which was about 1/2 hour-45 minutes longer than 3 hours, , but this was after unpleasant phone calls. The cleaners themselves did a reasonably good job.

Tidy, fast, good result i was happy with.

It went pretty good. The only problem I had was scheduling an appointment. She was good, just overbooked.

The provider did not show up. ?Did not email. ?Did not call. I could not reach them by either email or phone on the date they were supposed to arrive and did not. I would not use them again and am hesitant to use Angie's list again.

I left the woman alone and she understood that I really wanted the bathroom and kitchen to be cleaned thoroughly- which she did. If she needed something she asked.

The ladies were go getters and made my home squeaky clean!

Jasmine was my cleaning lady. I am incredibly happy. She was punctual, friendly, professional, and easy going. She did an incredible job deep cleaning. I left her alone and she rocked it! She cleaned areas I didn't even know were dirty. I've used different cleaning services in the past and this was excellent.They called me a couple of times to confirm the appointment. They even called me afterward to make sure I was happy.

They were on time. The quality of the work was good but not excellent.

They did an extremely good job, very meticulous. ?Very detail oriented. Couldn't of asked for better house cleaning company.

I am very happy with this service. Ms. Rodriquez, the owner, got back to me right away. She honored my date and time requested. The staff member was on time, a pleasure to work with, and completed everything I asked of her in the allotted time. She vacuumed the entire apartment, cleaned all hardwood floors, dusted, cleaned the kitchen including the stove, and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom. I'm thrilled with the result. Will definitely use this service again!

It was pretty good. There was some downside. One girl came on time. The other one got lost. She was on the phone with me trying to find the house. So, it was okay. I would say that they were on time. They stayed at the big deal purchase price of $189. They gave me two women instead of one woman for eight hours. They gave me two women for four. There were some areas that they didn't really get to. I think I just got a regular cleaning. So there were some things I noticed that weren't exactly finished. But, they did a very good job. One girl was very nice. She didn't speak English. That was a problem. The woman who didn't speak English was a great cleaner. She kept on working on things the whole time. The other one who could speak English asked me if she could have a cigarette for a break and asked if she could smoke in the house. I was like, "What? No". But, she was really nice.

I would have been frustrated with my requests to change the schedule after buying the $89 deal offered through Angie's List for four-hours of housecleaning. But we finally scheduled it. Thank you Elba for your patience. Nona was extremely good-natured, a pleasure to have in the apartment and did a thorough job. Now that my home is more familiar to her, next time I show her some areas she can concentrate on while taking shortcuts elsewhere. I am fussy -- because of the way my mom taught me how to clean. This service lived up to my very high expectations. Even my mom would approve.

The same company offered the same deal for $10 cheaper, so I refunded the original and purchased the new one at the discounted rate!

They sent over two cleaners for a four-hour block. They were friendly, responsive and did a really great job. Though our house was empty, it was extremely dusty following a full renovation. We were very happy with the quality of service...they scrubbed the walls, ceiling and floors and left our home in great shape. The two cleaners were also very friendly and responsive to our feedback about how we wanted the place cleaned. Finally, the cleaners called us the night before to confirm the directions to our house and despite the fact that it was 2 degrees, snowing and the subway was running on a holiday (it was President's Day) schedule, they both arrived at our location early. Overall, we were very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Went well first time. I have booked again and I will advise if it stays that way.

They were fine. They did a pretty good job. They came out within a week or two.

They got back to me in a timely manner, but I decided I did not need a full 8 hours of cleaning.

The service for the big deal from Quality Cleaning Company was pretty bad actually. They provided the service around November, the same time I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges other than the 149 dollar big deal charge. I was expecting for my blinds to be clean and my ovens to be clean. I was actually out of the country when it happened and so when I came back in the country, the very next day and I noticed that my blinds were dusty. I was a little agitated. This company can better the company for future service if they are advertising a deep cleaning then there should actually be a deep cleaning. What I thought that I was buying was a deep cleaning and I would have paid more money for that but it was 149 but I was really looking for someone to clean up blinds and different things like that.

They are good. Every time I'd used them, I did not have any issues. Their service is good. They seemed very thorough and I have a good impression on them. They are on time and never disappoint.

I think it was good. I didn't pay more than the $89 Big Deal price. I would definitely refer them. The person I spoke to was very professional.

Loved the company, very clean and organized.

They were wonderful. The only reason I haven't used them again is because I moved. They were responsive, always on time, and trustworthy. There was a lot of responsibility for maintaining the office space, and I never had a problem. They even sent a holiday card.
